"Amma, khuda ka waasta hai aapko meri shaadi Yazdaan se naa karein," Qiswa pleaded desperately, her tone tinged with urgency as she implored her mother to reconsider. Saba, however, remained resolute, unmoved by her daughter's pleas.

"Arey!! Manhoos-marri, kya kami hai mere bhateejay (nephew) mai?" Saba's voice was sharp, her frustration evident as she pressed Qiswa for an explanation. Qiswa, feeling exasperated by her mother's persistence, responded with a heavy sigh, her irritation palpable.

"Wo mujhe mera bacha lagta hai Amma!!" Before she could continue, however, a sharp strike from her mother's hand landed on her head, eliciting a pained whine from Qiswa as she recoiled from the blow.

"La hawla wala quwat!!"

"Aap patient k kya lagte hain?" the doctor inquired, his voice gentle and reassuring as he sought to put Yazdaan at ease.

"She works in my house, she's like family," Yazdaan replied with a warm smile. The doctor nodded.

"May I know where her husband is?" the doctor inquired further, his curiosity piqued by the absence of the woman's husband. Yazdaan hesitated for a moment, his expression tinged with uncertainty.

"Actually, I don't know. But you can tell me if there is anything wrong," Yazdaan responded, his tone reflecting a sense of responsibility and concern for the Guley's well-being. The doctor nodded in understanding, respecting Yazdaan's desire to ensure the woman's health and safety.

"Come with me," the doctor invited, gesturing for Yazdaan to follow him into his cabin. Both of them entered the cabin, and the doctor motioned for Yazdaan to take a seat opposite him. As Yazdaan settled into the chair, the doctor prepared to deliver some unexpected news.

"Actually, she is pregnant," the doctor revealed, his tone matter-of-fact yet filled with a sense of significance. Yazdaan was momentarily taken aback by the revelation, his expression shifting from surprise to warmth as he processed the news. For Yazdaan, this wasa moment of unexpected joy, breaking through the long-standing veil of sadness and loneliness that had enveloped him for so long.

"That's good news!" Yazdaan exclaimed, his voice filled with genuine happiness as he processed the doctor's revelation. The doctor nodded in agreement, acknowledging the significance of the news.

"It is! But there are complications in the pregnancy. She needs to be in intensive care for at least 5 months. Otherwise, she will lose the baby," the doctor explained, his tone becoming more serious as he outlined the gravity of the situation. Yazdaan listened attentively, his expression shifting to one of concern as he absorbed the doctor's words.

"So, you are saying that she needs to stay in the hospital for 5 months?" Yazdaan sought clarification, his brow furrowing with worry. The doctor chuckled softly in response.

"Yes, but it's important if we admit her now," the doctor affirmed, emphasizing the urgency of the situation. Yazdaan nodded in understanding, his mind already processing the necessary steps to ensure Guley's well-being.

"Go ahead with whatever is required, doctor," Yazdaan stated firmly, his voice conveying determination to do whatever it takes to support the woman in need. The doctor smiled.

"But as you said that she works for your family, so, I don't think that they will be able to afford this hospital," the doctor voiced his concerns, prompting Yazdaan to consider the financial implications of the woman's medical care. Clearing his throat, Yazdaan responded with unwavering resolve.
