"Then what if it's not jade?"

Celeste points out, currently the west team is having a talk inside yhuan's room, all of them were present except for enzo and jade

"I'm really worried for jade, knowing how aggressive enzo is she could end up dead in his own hands"

She's now the target, the 'traitor' they said. But for iris, something isn't connecting at all, something is off about the accusations

"I do remember seeing her sneak out of the headquarter but she explained to me what happened"

Their heads turn towards iris who's sitting at the corner of the room, she doesn't look good based on how tired she looks not to mention she fainted yesterday

"What did she say?"

"She told me that she's looking for someone but other than that she didn't say anything about where she's going or who she's looking for"

"Exactly, her absence during our meetings can easily explain all of the accusations she's getting"

Phoenix doesn't  want to accuse anyone but in this situation, she has to pin point someone, at least one

"How can we prove her innocence if she's being this weird to us?"

She's defending herself but she's not explaining the things she did which made her the traitor in everyones eyes

Before reign could speak again a gunshot could be heard from downstairs, all of them stood up and ran out to see what's happening

Right timing the other team also came out from the opposite room

"What the fuck, enzo!"

"What did you fucking do!"

Their eyes widened as they spotted him standing above the now unconscious jade who was shot on the forehead

Reign dragged herself all the way down, almost falling on her way. She fell on her knees upon seeing the sight of jade who's now dead. Tears are now falling down reign's eyes as she wasn't able to stop this from happening, she knew someone would jump at her anytime now because of the accusations

"Why did you kill her!"

She yelled as she starts hitting his leg, they couldn't believe that they have just witnessed someone kill their own teammate

"She's the traitor, reign. Don't you fucking get in!"

Enzo tries to defend himself, but for some reasons something inside him is telling him that she's not the traitor

"How can you easily kill your own teammate!"

Reign stood up as she grabbed his collar, she began to shake him violently. Iris took the opportunity and went after her, pulling reign away from enzo before she could do anything to him

"You could've let her explain herself first before you start accusing her, you're so fucking sick, enzo"

She feels disgusted by enzo who can just easily kill someone who he has been working with for years now

"For fucks sake, reign! She's the trait-"

"Unfortunately, she's not"

The speaker turns on leaving a screeching noise again which triggered them

"Wrong one, enzo"

He looks around as he saw how their eyes are staring right through him, judging him

"Be careful next time, enzo. You could be the next target"

The woman laughs before the speaker turns off, the mansion turned silent. All of them were traumatized after what they just saw. Their fifth day was full of chaos, enzo made the wrong move.
