Today I will share how I lost 7 kilograms. My diet is something weird and unique that you might have never come across.

I didn't include only proteins or fats in my diet to lose weight. I have not excluded anything from my diet. It will be the most simple way to lose weight. Yet super effective.

Let's reveal the secret. As I have been in my home forever, I used to eat a lot. Whenever I am bored, I eat, and I am always bored. So I ended up eating lots of snacks. I thought of a clever idea to end this. I started to record everything I ate. Only after taking a video can I eat. If that's the case, I can't eat forever. My phone might be away from me, it might be out of charge, or I might be feeling lazy to record something before eating. So this reduced my food intake.

I started to eat less. I munched on snacks rarely. I started to realize how often I eat just because I am bored. I started to eat healthy because I wanted to promote healthy eating habits on my YouTube channel.

This reduced my weight by 7 kilograms. But later, I gained two kilograms after recovering from poor health. So now I am trying to lose those two kilograms again.

I am under perfect body mass index right now, and even if I lose 2 kilograms, I will still be under perfect BMI.

Losing weight can be a goal to attain perfect health. But one should not compromise their health just to lose weight. I always keep that in mind, and this type of diet really helped me a lot.
