Theo sat in his room, the events of the past few days swirling through his mind like a whirlwind. Despite the moments of peace he had found with the Cullen family, there was still a sense of unease that lingered within him—a feeling that he couldn't quite shake.

As he stared out the window at the moonlit night sky, Theo couldn't help but feel a sense of restlessness stirring within him. He knew that he needed to confront the truth that had been gnawing at him ever since he had arrived in Forks—a truth that he had been too afraid to face until now.

Taking a deep breath, Theo stood up and made his way downstairs, his footsteps echoing in the quiet of the night. He found Jasper sitting alone in the living room, lost in thought as he stared into the flickering flames of the fireplace.

"Jasper," Theo said, his voice barely above a whisper. "Can we talk?"

Jasper looked up, his eyes meeting Theo's with a sense of understanding. "Of course, Theo," he said, his voice gentle yet filled with curiosity. "What's on your mind?"

Theo took a seat opposite Jasper, his heart pounding in his chest as he struggled to find the right words. "I... I think I know why I'm here," he began, his voice faltering slightly. "I think I know why Alice had that vision of me with you."

Jasper's expression softened as he listened intently, his eyes filled with compassion. "Go on, Theo," he encouraged him. "I'm listening."

Taking a deep breath, Theo plunged ahead, his words tumbling out in a rush. "I think... I think I have abilities too," he confessed, his voice barely above a whisper. "I think I'm like you."

Jasper's eyes widened in surprise, but there was a glimmer of understanding in his gaze. "What kind of abilities?" he asked, his voice quiet yet filled with curiosity.

Theo hesitated for a moment, unsure of how to explain what he had been experiencing. But as he met Jasper's gaze, he knew that he had to be honest. "I can... manipulate fire," he admitted, his voice trembling slightly. "I've had these abilities for as long as I can remember, but I've always been too afraid to use them."

Jasper's eyes softened with understanding as he reached out to place a comforting hand on Theo's shoulder. "You're not alone, Theo," he said, his voice filled with warmth. "We'll figure this out together."

As Theo looked into Jasper's eyes, he felt a sense of relief wash over him. Despite the uncertainties that lay ahead, he knew that he had found a kindred spirit in Jasper—a friend who would stand by him no matter what. And for that, he was truly grateful.
