"No matter how much you escape, if it's meant for you, it'll always find its way back to you."

Adhrit's POV
A rabble of noisy, furious passengers filled the station. Most of them were running and creating a hazardous hullabaloo everywhere. But as I went to the designated platform, everyone was ogling me at the station. Well, yeah, you don't see a man in such a sherwani on a train every day. I guess I should've changed.

The train only stops for 2 minutes here, so I have to be quick. Going back home is not an option because I don't have one now, I think so.

After pulling such a stunt for the first time, it's quite thrilling, but there's this unknown guilt for that girl. I don't even know her, but everything in me is screaming at me to go back just for her. But it will only ruin our lives. The guilt is so heavy I cannot comprehend this feeling.

As the train arrived, everyone started creating chaos. As I tried to blend with the crowd, I got pushed back with double velocity.

"God damn it," I shouted at no one in particular. This was actually tougher than any of my business deals to date.

"Areey uncle, aise chillane se kuch nahi hoga. Mai aapke jaise navseekho ke liye hi hu yahan. Let me help," a 12-year-old who seemed like a local vendor of this station said.

From which angle do I look like an anomalous uncle? I'm 31, but uncle is quite embellishing.

"Uncle, train chali jayegi, andar ghus jao jaldi jaldi, warna pade rahoge issi station par besahara bechara ban ke." Damn, this kid, why the hell does he have so much sass?

I tried to enter the crowd again as it's just 1.5 mins more, then the train will depart, but only resulted in another unpropitious attempt.

"Maine toh pehle hi bola tha, sun lo, aap jaise navseekhe logon ke liye hu mai yahan." For the second thought, how many years in jail if I throw a pesky child in front of the railway track?

"Aise kya sada hua muh bana rahe ho, bhagwan ne aise hi shakal di hai, aise si di hai. Aisa muh banaoge toh aur kharab ho jayegi." I swear to fucking god, this kid. If only one could die from my glacial glances.

"Apni tameez mein reh kar baat karo," I warned him, my voice laced with menace.

"A..arey b..bhaiya m.. mai toh aapki h..help kar raha tha.. wait," he jumped off the bench and showed me.

"Idhar dekho, aise jhukna hai aur apne sar se poore bheed kaat dena," his actions portraying a swan dive position. "Aur agar kisi ki back ya hip sar par lage toh usko haath se hata dena ya dhakka dedena."

"Are you sure this is going to help?"

"Help areey, dodega yeh idea bhaiya, aap jao toh," he said, pushing me into the crowd.

Only for my head to get banged on someone's hip as I was going to push that someone away.

A middle-aged aunty, who happens to be that someone, turned around, and the next thing I heard was a loud shriek.

"Hey bhagwan, sharam nahi aati tumko ladies ke saath kaise rehte ho? Kahan ghus rahe ho tum?" she howled loudly.

I straightened myself and looked at her, bewildered.

"Hain? What do you mean?"

"Hadd hoti hai aaj kal ke bachon ki, itne mommy issues ki kisi ke bhi mummy mein ghus jaoge? Tameez nahi hai, maa ki umar ki hu tumhari dekh rahe ho aap sab," she yelled more loudly, trying to gather the crowd.
