Niki POV

I check the time standing infront of the arcade fixing my hair to make sure I look half as good as he did.

"damn why is my hair swaying away in the wrong direction" scrowls fixing my hair when I feel someone's presence next to me

"didn't expect you to actually come here" Jay replies towering me with a smug look on his face.

"you are 15 minutes late" glares at him not so happy with the arrival time he chose.

"and why do you care so much if I am late or not" scoffs not giving a damn

"wait till you hang out with Lia so that she can smack some sense into your mind about how you should manage your time" the urge to smack him in the face grows even more as I feel annoyed by his face.

"I don't give a crap shit about any of your friends so keep it to yourself" he pokes his finger against my chest with a death glare

"you indisciplined son of a-" I quickly shut my mouth before all the sane words exploded out of my mouth

"I dare you to say it to my damn face" he rolls his eyes in annoyance

"why did you even invite me here" I raise my brows in confusion, ignoring the question he asked me earlier

"why? can I not?" he ask me innocently fitling with his fingers

"let's just get in" replies passing by him as I enter the crowded arcade

"do you remember our kiss at that festival Niki" Jay ask me in a teasing tone

"keep it to yourself it was horrible" I reply making sure he doesn't notice the emtions I felts as the butterflies dance happily when he asked about our kiss which was accidentally or maybe not that occurred during the festival.

"oh dear are you falling for me?" he smirks lowering down to my height

"tsk falling for you? have you seen yourself in the mirror? you look like Abu the monkey from Aladin" I reply but his facial expression didn't seem to change

"then why are you blushing" his smirk widens even more

"I am not...blushing,never" I stutter trying to convince not only him but my racing heartbeats

"say that again but this time like you mean it" his lips curl into a cocky grin satisfied by my stupidity

"how much more convincing do you want me to look" I glare at him

"at least like you aren't down to earth to kneel down and express your love for me" he teased

"the world doesn't revolve around you so keep dreaming" I scoff walking inside the arcade

"you haven't seem to change a bit" he replies following me from behind

"I don't expect to change as well" I reply to him
