Niki POV
"WHAT TOOK YOU SO LONG?" Changha yelled standing near the university gate with Samuel on his left
"damn...you wouldn't want to know" Lia sighs stopping in her tracks
"let's just say none of us are going to be free the whole weekend" Jisung says annoyed
"Niki wanna go get ice cream?" Samuel asked me with a smile, I was craving for ice cream the whole day
"sure I'm up for it" i said happily walking out of the campus
"you won't bother asking us?" Changha asked dumbstruck
"why would I?" Samuel smirked
"I'll pay for everyone" Changha says slightly rolling his eyes
"in that case let's invite the whole uni" Jisung says about to yell but Changha immediately shut his mouth
"don't embarrass me" Changha says with a glare
"now you understand how we have to deal with your ass?" Jisung says removing Changha's hands and walking away
"at least wait for me dipsh-Jisung" Changha says almost digging up the grave for his funeral
"so what flavor should we get?" Lia asked staring at her friends
"how about mint choco?" Niki says blankly pointing at the ice cream
"like I was saying....which flavor should we get?" Lia says ignoring Niki because who likes mint choco
"macha green tea ice cream since im paying" Changha says already paying for their ice cream not caring about their opinions
"that sounds gross" Lia says looking at the ice cream
"I'll have it if you don't want" Changha says about to take away the ice cream
"I'll have a bite just give it back since you paid" Lia says with a smile snatching away the ice cream
"you shouldn't fuss about it..its actually good" Jisung says defending the poor ice cream flavor
"you tried it before?" Niki asked staring at the ice cream whether to eat it or not
"yeah I did Changha bought it for me last time" Jisung says having a scoop of his ice cream while hus friends stare at him blankly
"what? I'm not going to die" Jisung says turning away from his friends
"not bad" Samuel mumbles with a smile
"okay let me try it too" Niki says suspicious staring at Changha for a minute
"it's really good" Niki says with a cheeky grint
The friends sat on a bench almost pushing each other off the bench, getting squished by his friends Changha was not able to move his legs
"can you guys at least move a bit?" Changha says glaring at his friends
"why would we?" Lia replies
"you guys are streching your legs leaving a huge ass gap which i could easily fit in" Changha says glaring at Samuel and Jisung
"make it even wider" Lia says pushing closer to Changha who was already squished into a small space
"seriously what more could I have expected from you guys" Changha says intensely glaring at them
"friends? I have wonderful friends" Changha says sarcastically
"you know we love you" Jisung says squishing his cheeks
"of course you do" Changha says, his cheeks flushed red futtered by his action
"hey why are you eating my share" Niki says slapping away Samuel's hand
"yours look more different from mine" Samuel says with an innocent smile
"yours look more different it's the same" Niki says breaking his eye contact with Samuel
After 17 minutes
"I'll see you guys later bye" Niki waves towards his friends
"I can walk you to the cafe if you want" Samuel offers
"that's nice of you but I have already wasted enough time" Niki politely rejects his offer
"I guess......take care" Samuel says with a sad smile watching him walk away
"Sam let's go" Changha says dragging him along with his friends
"i thought we won't be meeting up today" Niki says staring at the boy who was waiting for him outside the cafe
"you want to be a hero so much huh?" Jay glares at him clearly mad about the previous incident
"care to be my heroine?" Niki smirked looking at him
"you pixie" Jay pulled him by the collar
"you are just ruining your reputation here" Niki says looking at the surroundings
"whatever i asked the manager to change your shift today you can do your shift tonight" Jay says walking inside the cafe
"who are you to this cafe exactly" Niki asked confused entering the cafe
"you don't need to know" Jay says with an intense glare
"you brought all the materials needed?" Niki asked sitting on the chair
"what do you take me for? a fool?" Jay says about to hit him but he stopped, he clearly froze on the spot he made contact with his eyes
"want me to call you a doctor?" Niki says raising his brow looking at the fool
"just stop talking pixie" Jay says shoving his hands inside his pocket
"this topic clearly fits for people like you" Niki says pointing at the topic
'are arrogant people accepted by the society'
"what do you even mean" Jay says snaching the book from him
"they are treated like outcast in the end if they don't change that's what happens" Niki says, which clearly hit a nerve
"like you aren't one" Jay says rudely opening his laptop
"maybe i am one too" Niki says staring at the books
"everyone is arrogant they don't change" Jay says staring at him
"the right people changes them" Niki says staring at Jay with a geniune smile
"why are you staring at me like that" Jay says rolling his eyes
"I hope you meet the right person soon too, it's hard to deal with you" Niki says looking away from him
"why would you care" Jay asked ignoring Niki's stare
"I have no idea" Niki answers with a smile
