Mila knew that things with the merger hadn't been easy. Madi was at home on rest and she missed madi. She knew that All the new residents were also doing her head in and she didn't know how she felt over it all. Mila looked as derek walked over and smiled
"I put you on my service today" Derek said as mila looked to him and frowned
"No one asked you to do that" she said as he smiled
"Well you need a god and since the merger you have been down let me show you what a neuro god that your big brother is" he said as she looked to him and rolled her eyes
"Really?" Miss /:&3: as he nodded
" Cheer up today is a good day" Derek said as mila looked to him and raised an eyebrow at him
"You call yourself Godly? Your entire day consists of putting shunts in people." Mila said
"Today? Temporal lobectomy." Derek said
"Oh" mila said

Mila got to the chiefs meeting. She saw mark standing up there with Richard as she stood with Meredith
"Our schedule for several months now.
Hospitals across the country Have reported substantial savings ... How bad is it today? The chief's implementing a computer model For scheduling our surgeries from now on. Something about efficiency and progress. And to make sure this was the right decision, I have enlisted one of our own to do a trial run For the last month. Dr. Sloan." Webber said
Mila and Meredith held a look at the idea of machines controlling things
"Your boyfriend looks like a teachers pet up there" Meredith said as mila looked to him and smirked
"He looks hot" she said as she looked to mark. Meredith groaned in disgust
"I know what you're all thinking. It's a machine. It doesn't know me. It doesn't know what I like. But after using this new system for the past month, I gotta say, people, I'm a convert. This computer knows me better than I know me" mark said as mila looked to him and rolled her eyes at how cocky he seemed
"Chief, this thing has rearranged my schedule for the entire week. I mean, haven't we had enough change here already" derek said
"Change is good, everyone. Embrace it." Webber said
"What's going on with those two" Meredith asked mila noticing the tension with Webber and derek
"How would I know" mila asked
"He's your brother"
"Exactly why I don't want to know" mila said

"Derek, I've been paging you. Shunt patient, O.R. Two. " mila said as she sees the tumor.
"Screw the stunt. Let's operate on that. " kila said as Mark has joined mila and Derek.
