Mila knew how she had told mark the truth. It was a secret that she was keeping for so long. She had told him how she had aborted his baby and she didn't know how she felt.

All that mila knew was that she was worried and she didn't know how to feel. Mila knew that she had to tell him but she didn't like how she had told him

Mila looked to her phone as it rang and sighed. She knew it was mark and she knew it was a mess. She didn't how to feel over it all

Mila knew how everything was a mess and she knew how she'd have to go to the hospital and see him and she'd have to tell Derek who was the one who had gone with her for the abortion how she had messed up and told mark

Mila walked down into the kitchen and frowned as she saw derek. She looked to her brother and frowned "camping have things really got that bad?" She asked as she looked to her brother. She knew how he was going camping with burke, Webber and George

Derek looked to mila for a moment as she walked into the kitchen. He accused himself as he followed his sister into the kitchen and looked to her

"What is up?" He asked as she smiled

"Nothing why do you think that there is something up" she asked as he sighed

"Because your my sister. Is it to do with mark" he asked as mila looked to him and nodded

"We were arguing over us and what happened and he asked why we couldn't be together. I told him. I told him over the abortion and now I'll have to go to work and...he'll want answers" she said as he pulled her into a hug and smiled

"I know it's not easy but the truth was ought to come out sooner or later" derek said as mila nodded

She knew that she still had guilt from the abortion but she knew it happened for a reason and she knew how she had to go to work and she knew how she had to find a way to deal with mark and the whole situation and she knew that it wasn't easy

Mila, Madi, Izzie, Meredith and Cristina stood in front of the OR board

"Derek's camping. Taking time, getting space" Meredith said

"Prestons do not go into the woods. A guy named Preston is going to get his ass kicked by a squirrel" Cristina said

"It's basically a slumber party. We do it inside, they do it outside. That's the only difference" izzie said

"Shame they didn't take mark" mila said

"Talking of the devil" madi said as they saw mark who walked over as mila groaned

"Have you seen what's his face?"

"Alex Karev" izzie said

"Poor bastard seems to get a thrill out of tagging along after me" mark said as Mike rolled her eyes

"He's camping" Meredith said
