Chapter 10: Robot talk and Robot fight

The group walks up to a gate which is locked.

March 7th: Opennnnnn Sesame!

Nothing happens.

Bronya: Is that some of secret code or something?

Dan Heng: It is an imaginary password that children like to use...and I don't think it will work here.

Stelle: Well, Sampo? Where are those clues?

Sampo: I was getting to that, before Miss March's colorful attempts. These gates need proper identification. They don't just let any random Joe Schmoe in here. No proper certification, no entry.

Y/N: Hm...you guys should ask around the camp. No doubt that you'll learn something eventually?

Bronya: "You guys"? What about you, then?

Y/N: I'll do this.

Y/N pulls on his neck flower stems and vanishes.

Seele:...You've got to be shitting me.

Bronya: Would you like to join me in plotting a punishment for Y/N.

Seele: Yes please.

Stelle: Count me in too.

The other three just send prayers for Y/N so that he lives another day.

TIMESKIP

The group figures out how to gain certification for the gates, which also involved March's hand getting stabbed like three times, which in her words, "hurts". They are able to get into the Settlement, but realize that the second gate won't open. Sampo disappears, and in his place is a robot who is guarding the gate. The robot informs them that Clara returned to Rivet town to look for more materials.

March: Wait, you guys went sightseeing?

Seele: ...It wasn't as fun as you guys think.

Stelle: Let's go look for Clara.

Seele: Ya. Svarog won't be going anywhere.

TIMESKIP

The group arrives in Rivet Town, and begin to rush around the place, looking around for a child in red.
The group eventually goes to where Stelle first met Clara near the orphanage, and see a beat-up robot, presumably Perkins.

Seele: Isn't that the robot guarding Clara?

Perkins: Clara...in danger...

Seele: In danger?! What do you mean?

Perkins: Workshop...target...must be eliminated...

Seele: Not good. Quick, get to the workshop!

The group rushes towards where the workshop of Rivet Town is located, and see Clara cornered by a giant Fragmentum monster.

Seele: Just as I feared.

Bronya: Quick, we have the numbers advantage! Attack-!

Clara: Y/N...help...

The group rushes towards the Fragmentum monster, but suddenly the Fragmentum monster is wrapped by flower stems and begins to be slowly crushed. They look to see Y/N, ability activated, and an angry look in his eyes.

March: Oh boy...here we go...

Y/N quickly pulls his right hand back, and the Fragmentum monster gets yanked to him. It tries to burn away the flower stems, but they regenerate as fast as they burn. Y/N stomps, and the monster is impaled by flowery spikes that shoot up from the ground. Then, he slowly begins to tear the monster apart, from the inside, moving the spikes outward. The monster roars in pain, before eventually disappearing into dust.
