Alastor dissolves into fog as he descends to the ground, materializing aside Luke, Angel, Vaggie, and Charlie who are in the scene watching Sir Pentious's zeppelin.

Niffty appears on Alastor's right shoulder, clearly starstruck.

Alastor scoops Niffty up and drops her to the ground.

Niffty reappears on Alastor's shoulder.

Downtown in Pentagram City, a group of sinners and hellborn were at stores owned by VoxTek. While all of Hell is ruled by Lucifer and other leaders of the Seven Deadly Sins, the circles in Pride are controlled by the Overlords. Each of them have their own unique powers and influences to control the circles. Three of them in particular have joined up are the newer Overlords, giving them the reputation of controlling sinners with technology, fashion design, and pornography. They're known as the Vees.

The "leader" of the group was a sinner with a tv for a head and holds the ability to mind control people through his power of technology. Especially with numerous people looking through the screens and hearing 'trust us' over and over again.
