Daenerys was picked up by her brother and draped over his shoulder as he carried her out of the hall, the women would be doing the same with Lance, except they probably couldn't carry him, instead they were most likely pulling him, this was the beginning part of the bedding ceremony. The other men followed them, but when they reached the room, Daemon ordered them out, telling them to wait outside, the loud chatter from them meant they were telling Dany all about Lance, "ignore them." Daemon said to her, he leaned against the wall a scowl on his face, "I know you most certainly don't want this, sister."

"It's my duty, Daemon. I have to, my wants are of nothing to the Hand or the King." She stared at the floor.

Daemon took two steps to reach her and he rested a hand on her shoulder, "let's get you out of these clothes."

Daenerys's eyes narrowed, "how do you know what the fuck to do?"

"Our brother or rather... his wife for me, remember?"

"Ah..." she shut her mouth after that, "what did you tell her? Did you make any crude jokes?"

"Of course I did, that's the fun of tonight."

"Then why did you tell them to leave us? If they are supposed to make crude jokes... why not let them."

"They can make their jokes outside the room, Dany." He smiled down at her, he held her face with his hand, one hand tangled in her hair, "tell me what happens in the room. I need to know who I have to kill."

"No one probably. Unless Lance is an absolute and utter ass, then... him," she looked up at him, "hm..." she broke eye contact to look at a tapestry that was on the wall, "I didn't even know we had that." She pointed to the tapestry on the wall.

Daemon turned his head just enough to be able to see it, "yeah... it's really something, isn't it?"

Dany nodded, "yes. It is, brother." His hands worked quickly, pulling the straps of her dress down and letting it fall to the ground.

He looked at her, then at the ground at the dress he'd just removed, taking her hand into his own, he gently took strands of her hair and began to braid, he leaned down really close to her ear after he was finished, "I just want you to be safe."

"I know." The other male guests outside the room had stopped most of their bantering and bickering, Daemon walked around her and kissed her lips, giving her a soft smile, before taking his hand into his, he escorted her to the chamber where the ceremony was happening, The other guests followed them as they approached the door to the chamber. Daemon knocked on the door and one of the women opened the door. Dany stood behind her brother, gripping his hand tightly, "Daemon... I can't do this." She shivered, "please... brother." She looked up at him with pleading eyes.

The women exited the room slowly, "pretend it's me, Dany." He whispered to her in a language he knew only she'd understand.

"How? He isn't you."

"That's why I said pretend, sister." He ran a hand down her bare back, "I'll be right outside." Daemon glanced at Lance.

Daenerys gripped her brother's arm tightly, "I don't want to be a slave made to stay inside all day just to care for children, I know I can be more than that. I know I can be like Visenya, Aegon's sister. If you're my Aegon then I'm your Rhaenys and Lancelot is like any other lord that exists, Rhea is like Visenya, you're going to force to marry her out of duty, when it is me or Rhaenys you want." She said rather quickly.

Daemon stared at her for a long moment before speaking, "this isn't what you want. This isn't what either of us wants."

"I know, but it's my duty." Dany glanced at Lance then at the crowd of people who've gathered outside.
