It was night time
All of them had gone in the bedrooms
And Maeve had to go and look if everyone was there
Just as she goes to open it the door is being pulled by shikadai who is there looking at her
"Hey" he says and continues to look at her
"I was just coming to you " he says
"Why , is everything okay?" She asks
"Yeah well boruto isn't back yet and I thought you had an idea about where he is" he says
"Him again ?" She says
"Tell your friends to not get out "she turns to leave
"Wait where are you going?" He asks walking out with her
"To find him , where do you think"
"Then I'm coming with " he says
"No you're not , I can't have you in the middle of this " she says
"He's my friend, I'll come with and I'll tell you who might have kidnapped him" he says and stops
"You know who?" She asks and looks at him
"What did you guys do?" She asks
"Hey its not our fault , the guy whose arm you broke kidnapped denki , we went to save him and I think he kidnapped boruto now"
"Denki was kidnapped, and I didn't know?" She asks
"Sorry but it was borutos idea "
He says
"Of course it was , we'll then come
Were saving him and possibly braking arms" she says
Maeve uses her tracking ability by the water and finds boruto in a magazine on the water with his face down
He seems to be unconscious
They go to a nearby metal box and hid themselves there
"What do we do now?" Shikadai whispers to her
"Water style water wave jutsu " Maeve says and a wave of water is on boruto and pulls him to them
"Who is there , show yourself now or..." one of them says
"You hold on boruto" Maeve says and goes to show herself
"Wait what are you doing " shikadai says and grabs her arm
"I'll be back in a minute " she says and goes
"Ahh well if it isn't the tough leaf shinobi" the guy who stopped her from braking the other guys arm before said
"Here to give me a warning?"
"If that's what you want then sure I'll gladly do so " she says
"We're more in number girly , give up and it won't hurt much" a girl says
Just as Maeve goes to answer her she looks back at shikadai knowing that if she continues with the fight one of them might get to him
"To bad I have to go now tho , but I'll deal with all of you another time" she says and turns to leave
"You think you can leave that easily, no way in hell" a girl says and goes to attack her
"Water style water spikes " she says as all the water that was on the ground rose and goes to attack them keeping them busy till boruto shikadai and Maeve leaves the place
And they go back to the room
Maeve goes to the boys room and helps treat boruto while shikadai stays there watching her
"Could you quit staring now love " Maeve says
"Sorry , I'm just surprised that you were ready to take them all on just by yourself " he says with worry in his eyes
"Well you don't have to worry about me love , I'm more capable then I look trust me , I could take them on with a little damage done "
"Yeah but still..."
"Do not worry about me , now then ..." she says and gets up
"Where are you going ?" Shikadai asks
"To finish what they started " she says and leaves
There is going to be a big fight the next in a bit
