Have you ever thought about a single person other than yourself,
Do you ever contemplate about your future or your fate,
Do you look in the mirror and sometimes ask yourself ,
If you caused what you earned or do you just flaunt to demonstrate,
How obsessed your truly are with nothing but yourself,
Have you ever met someone you truly loved or cared about,
Did you ever open your heart instead of your empty mouth,
Did you ever let somebody in or do you just go under their skins,
Do you wear other people's sins to make them feel weaker deep within,
Have you ever heard your voice speaking to your ears,
Can you hear the waves hitting against the pear,
How they slightly push and weave the ground,
Can you hear the words and how they sound,
Each time they see you, they can see your frown,
And everybody can see how these words make you look,
You think those words were meant for me but everybody understood.
