Usually he would've helped but after the devastating loss against the Broncos on the 29th they had an argument. He wasn't mad at her, his emotions we're heightened due to him thinking he didn't do enough. Dearra wasn't mad at him however, she opted to sleep at her house to give him time to cool off.
Using his key Isiah unlocked the door, "Dearra? " he called entering the house.
Dearra hearing what sounded like her door opening cautiously peaked around the corner, relief setting in when she realized it was just Isiah.
"Hey, I didn't expect you, don't you leave tomorrow?"
"Yes I do, but I couldn't leave without seeing and apologizing to you" he said.
"You apologized and I forgave you"
"I know but I needed to see you to tell you in person. I can't promise I won't ever get mad but I can promise not to mistakenly allow you to take the backlash."
"Okay, give me kiss. I've missed you "
Isiah happily kissed her, his hands going down to her ass. "Again I'm sorry babe. "
"Do I have to drive you tomorrow? "
"Yeah, then you can use the SRT this week "
"Remember I'm not here, have to go New York for SavageXFenty, dinner with Tay and an interview on the 5th. "
"No problem ".
"Alright babe, help me finish set out the candy for the little kids" she said going back to the kitchen.
