it's as if the sun just rose every time i get to see you
your honey-colored locks capture your sweetness perfectly
shining like liquid gold as the sun ignites - the same sun that's following you everyday again
even when. the gray days are too strong to let the rays through
you push away the thick clouds, shining ever so brightly
you're so warm
it's as if every word of yours was a gentle touch, caressing my skin
as if i was fully embraced by you
feeling your warmth shine on me beautifully
and i catch myself staring at you for way too long
but i cannot help it; i never will
i have never met someone this beautiful
someone, who captures the sun's ignition so perfectly, effortlessly
without even knowing how bright your rays make me shine
i wish i could tell you how much you brighten up my days
expressing all my dearest feelings for you
but looking at you makes me feel so shy
your ethereality goes right through my heart, my lungs; taking away my breath
flushing my cheeks so tenderly
making me wonder how the universe could have created anyone so perfectly
and i thank it everyday
for that i get to be dowsed in your light
i wonder if you know how dear you are to me
your golden core blessing me like it's my own holy sacrament
and every time sapphires meet emeralds, i know i'd want to spend forever with you
returning all the love i receive
and embracing every sunny day you gift to me.
