TW: MURDER / DEATH, GORE

you carefully refilled them with your patient air
and cut them down
massacred them
i cannot breathe
you took my lungs apart

am i that replaceable?
because my lungs certainly aren't
you took them, you stabbed them
you didn't have to
i begged for you not to slice them again
you did, you did
mercilessly

you're laughing above the bloodied stains
cheerfully above the gruesome sight of my dead lungs
my dead lungs
my dead lungs
the dead lumps of my dead lungs
as if you're poking them,
piece by piece
with the sharpest knife you've ever seen

nothing sharper than those five letters
five words
five letters and five words
that made you take my lungs
but maybe it was a sign

it was the right thing to do, wasn't it?
now you don't have to care anymore
since my lungs are dead
and so will i be.
