After Cardin attempted to ruin Jaune's reputation, after Jaune saved his life and Izuku suffering from constant bullying from Bakugo along with some very shady things about Ozpin, Izuku, Jaune, the rest of Team Jnpr, Team Rwby, Team CFVY, Shoto, Kirishima, Shinso and some others all leave Beacon to start their own group to fight and defend the people on their own terms, having no political nonsense to tie them down.
One could say, they are creating their own Outer Heaven.
