He was doing paperwork, while his part timers, were on the first floor, putting out a fire, one of them made, underwater, don't ask since izuku couldn't tell you, he's pretty much numb to there crazy antics. Izuku's phone rang and he picked it up*

Izuku:hey tsu, how are things at the hotel?

Tsuyu:fine, Eri Is being a bit less passive aggressive so there's progress happening. Minoka and her are going on another date tomorrow Kero

*Tsuyu said in her normal blunt tone, izuku hummed as they started having, small talk making feel like his workload of paperwork was a lot lighter then before*

Tsuyu:so, apart from paperwork, what are you doing today? Kero

Izuku: interviewing that girl, my part timer buck recommended. I'm a bit concerned, since he told me to keep an opened mind

*Izuku said honestly, with a slight frown, he looked at the clock on the wall, the interview should be happening in a few minutes*

Izuku:so you want to be a receptionist
