Raven smiled as he dug into the ground. He was currently on guard duty. He was outside of Orario and was digging a large hole and covering it up.

At the bottom of the hole was spikes covered in poison, non lethal, but still very painful.

Why was he doing such a thing?

For the amusement. Also because a criminal was currently running towards the hole. Raven hid behind a tree and when he heard a curse, he stopped and saw the hole not covered anymore.

Looking down into it, he saw the criminal screaming in pain and horror at their situation.

"Shut up. It's only some light penetration. Grow some balls... oops guess yours got pierced." Raven said uncaringly before he waved his hand as the dug up dirt started floating and covering the hole up.

"Enjoy your last moments of pain~" Raven cheerfully said with a wave as the dirt hole finally closed up and the grass covered it up.

Raven told the guards who ran up that he took care of the criminal. The giant body of Azar behind him, who had only just now appeared, just casually lying down made them shrug and decided to ignore it.

After all, one doesn't question things when Raven Eveningshade is involved.

Raven frowned as he stared at his hand, or more specifically, the shiny pitch black orb in his hand.

What was the pitch black orb?

A core. To more exact, a living core belonging to a dungeon.

He had felt it being formed in the ground outside of Orario in the hole he had dug earlier.

"Things aren't right, but I supposed I can't just follow a canon timeline." Raven mused to himself as he stood on the top of Babel by himself before he crushed the core in his hand.

"Still though, at least things aren't being entirely boring anymore." Raven mused to himself as he stared into the sky with a smile as he enjoyed the breeze.

"Yes, things are truly getting fun now." Raven said before he went to take a nap. Sure he didn't need the sleep, but it felt good. Perhaps that's why Dino did it in the Tensura universe?

He'd have to ask him in the future.

Raven frowned as he tried to remember why he felt like he was forgetting something. What could he be forgetting?

Master forgot he released the two enhanced minotaurs onto Bell Cranel and John Eveningshade. In his own words, to keep the timeline straight at possible.

"Ohhh. That explains it. I hope they don't die." Raven mused to himself as he teleported into the dungeon. Of course, even as cold as he sounded, he probably wouldn't let them die due to his own machinations.

John was his cousin, and Bell was Alfia's nephew/Step-son (by her own choice to be called Step Mother), and he didn't want to see Alfia sad.

Getting hurt though and greatly injured?

Tough it out, you're an adventurer.

Raven appeared close to where he knew Bell and John would be where he released the two enhanced monsters and saw the beginning of the fights.

He could see John was fighting fine, but Bell? He was terrified and scared. The minotaur had left a scar on Bell, not physically as the rabbit was surprisingly fast. No, rather it had mentally scarred Bell. Forever fearing the beasts kind.
