Aria read the rules carefully, making sure not to forget any of them, and then signed the paper before returning it to Ryan. They both agreed to exchange phone numbers for easier communication. Aria gave Ryan her phone number and they left the café after agreeing to message each other once they returned to their dorms.

Aria was running through the corridors, passing through people in a hurry, as she was late for her so-called date with Ryan they both decided to visit his company as he had already informed the staff about her and his relationship
Aria's POV
"Dang it, so sorry the professor-"I was breathing heavily while trying to explain herself
"I don't care what your reasons are just be on time next time, Let's get going" He walked off
'what the heck, why be so rude and cold, ugh! Only till the fest Aria' I reminded myself while taking deep breaths and reaching out for the car door handle
No one's POV
The ride was somewhat awkward until Ryan decided to break it
"So, first things first we just met 3 months ago at the campus and fell for each other at first sight leading us to date, our first date was at a café, and just add things like these carefully if someone asks anything, don't make it obvious that we are fake dating" he said with his eyes still on the road
"Such a cliché, love at first sight!" Aria said clicking her tongue
"You have something better to offer," Ryan asked slightly tilting his head and raising one of his eyebrows
Aria sighed as she looked away from him towards the door
"Then better stick to this," He said in his usual cold tone
As they reached the company both of them made their way and met the CEO. They made everything clear about their relationship though to make it more convincing, they decided to go on more fake dates and show more affection towards each other which had both of them gagging on their remarks but still both managed to keep straight and sweet faces until the meeting was over
"Damn that shit was real," Aria said walking and catching up with the pace of Ryan, accidentally bumping into someone making both of them fall,
Aria groaned in pain and was about to say something when she heard the other side saying, "If you are a fan just say it, don't be rude and purposely hurt anyone just to gain their attention, ugh for real I hate attention seekers like you! got nothing better to do with their time"
"She is not your fan" They both turned around to see, where the voice was coming from only to realize that it was Ryan who was now in front of Lyla and beside Aria
"what do you mean?" Lyla asked with pure confusion written on her face
Ryan's arm sneaked through, to hold Aria's waist pulling her closer to himself which took Aria off guard with embarrassment written all over her face as she tried to calm herself down, but her red blushing face wasn't helping the situation
"She is my girlfriend and she is here for me not for you," Ryan said trying to look as calm and composed as he could
"you serious right now? Are you dating for real? Huh...do you even think the CEO will allow it" she scoffed
"that's not your worries, to begin with, also not much to your liking I must say he did approve of the relationship and also is going to pass an official statement to the media denying our relationship Lyla," he said walking past her with his hand still on Aria's waist ignoring Lyla
