Short story:

"A dog would bite the hand that feed it"

Are you familiar with that saying?

A greed for love, the need to grab peoples hearts. Never breaking it no matter what. Just like a dog, it will beg for warmth to be grant. But once it gets it the dog will feel uncomfortable.

It was confusing, the dog all her life waited for love and warmth to be grant to her. But there was a part of her that felt the slightest tinge until it grew and grew. To brew and push.

No matter what, how, why. A dog would bit you once you show the slightest bit of hate. No matter how long you raised it, no matter why, no matter how.

But a dog would also love you once you show the slightest bit of affection.

After all, dogs were greedy for warmth.

No matter how much you hurt it.  Dogs will continue to love you, no matter how much you resented it. As long as you were a person who presented warmth to her. It will still love you.

It will cling onto anyone that loves it, It will cling like a leech. But little did the dog knew, she clung to hard that they were already draining every little things.

And so the dog was obedient. The dog did not complain even if you hurt it. The dog did not reacted even if you scold it. Because the dog thought that anger was something. But love was another thing.

You could hurt her all you want, but she would still apologize for getting in your way.

People called the dog a fool. They used, manipulated, lied to the dog. Even so the dog turned a blind eye, it did not dared to doubt the hands that fed it. The dog was smart but it lost all its knowledgeable when it comes to her love ones.

It was truly a fool, when someone actually loved the dog for real. The dog would be doubtful, she did not believe it.

No, to be exact. The dog did not want to believe it.

And so the dog still continued to cling to their legs as if it will get her warmth. The dog did not care if it was fake, the dog did not care if it was pity. The dog did not want to care.

The dog lived all her life pleasing and clinging to everyone. You cannot break bad habits, nor can you break bad influences.

There was actually more to that saying.

"A dog would bite the hands that fed it, but lick the hands that hurt it"
