William was standing on the deck of the carrier with his binoculars and behind him is a brunch of sailors and aircraft crew was running around to ready the helicopter to escorts and a transport helicopter and with some aircraft escorts to, mainly the aircraft that will escorts them is two F-35B and four rah-66 comanche and the transport helicopter is a v-280 and then the helicopter with its escorts  William looks down to the ocean waves and then from the ocean it's become land and then city he stands up from the seat and walk the the cockpit and took forward and saw an airport with a dirt runway

After the radio cut a green flare coming from the another side of the airport William look at Captain and he nod and switch from plane mode to hovering mode and then start to descending from the sky William look out for the window and he saw a bunch of people standing some gasp in shock and many show a terrify on their face and he see a man in the middle his face is the most normal from all the people and then after they touch down William walk out the door of the helicopter and walk to that man

William smile to Victor and both man walk together to a car and start to talk to eachother about everything they can think off technology they home family and so on, this is a great sign for the great relationship between American and people of Ural republic
