Rafe nods his head.
"Do you not know that's dark magic? If the witch gets caught using that type of magic here they'll die.. Or someone else will."
"We're very aware of the consequences." Malachi crosses his arms.

"I knew she was no fucking help, come on," Mak said
"Give her a chance Mak."
"Why are you so quick to help her!? You have known her for only 20 minutes." he glared
"I'm just being nice."

Selene leads the group walking quietly down a path in the woods. They follow behind her in a line, making barely any noise as they carefully step around trees, sticks, and other obstacles. Selene is walking ahead of the group and she is explaining the folklore about sirens and how dangerous they can be.
She is describing the siren's beauty, and how they can lure in their unsuspecting prey with their sweet-sounding song. She is also talking about their venom, and the danger of getting scratched by them.
"A scratch could kill us vampires? I don't believe it." Malachi scoffed
"It's true, a siren's venom contains a lethal toxin that can paralyze and kill other mythological creature's their deaths— including vampires." She glared at Malachi at the last sentence.
"But it's won't kill a human though, it'll make them sick but not dead." She explained
"And you know so much because?" Milo asked
"Stories."
"Hm."
She turned around facing the whole group mostly Milo. "You guys can trust me, I'm not evil I just want to help you guys out."
"We're vampires,
"Except Rafe." He glance at the boy
"We kill."
"Sirens kill too."
"I mean— that they also do too." she chuckled
She averted her eyes to Mak who was silent, "Who's Rhea." she said randomly
"Huh?"
"What?"
Mak glares, "How do you know about her?"
"You said it."
"I didn't say anything, I didn't even mention her name."

"Rhea's is Rafe big sister, she died at the age of Eighteen protecting them from a vampire hunter." Marcie tells the story.
"I wouldn't really say she was as protecting us." Malachi chuckles
