Working on my old oneshots I found one that I actually think would be a good story! Here's a sneak peak ( i did a bit of revising so it is different)
The evidence was undeniable. It seemed like the spirit box was picking up on details from the recent investigation.
With the spirit box turned off, you move on to the next device, one that spits out clearer words, hoping for more direct communication.
As soon as you turn it on, you hear the word "window." Jake instinctively glances behind him, but quickly returns his attention to the group. You also glance back, half-expecting nothing to be there, but to your surprise, you see a tall, shadowy figure with long, skeletal fingers slowly crossing the room. Chills run down your spine at the sight of the haunting apparition. It looks straight out of a horror film, but this is no movie—it's real.
