Macau's pov
I sat in silence , the restaurant was a fancy place
Kim was sitting infront of me , we ordered steaks , I noticed that there were bandaged wrapped around his left arm which made me worried
"Oh hi Kim"
I looked up , wait
That woman
She sounds familiar , looking at her talking to Kim , I'm seeing a familiar face
Oh right
She's that woman
That one time where our families were still enemies , Kim and I once fought but that woman interrupted us , I saw her hand rested on his shoulder , okay maybe I'm overthinking about this too much , I let out a sigh as I wipe the corner of my mouth with a tissue , they seemed to be..good friends? Kim to be pretty happy to see her , oh well , I stood up
"I'm going to the bathroom"
Kim gave me a nod , I head over to the bathroom and washed my hand , I adjusted my hair
"Oh hey , what a pleasant to see you again"
I looked to my right and saw a tall guy who had blonde hair
"Hm.."
I remember him
"Kade , right?"
"That's right"
"Nice to see you again"
I said as I smiled , he seemed to be pretty decent and nice but appearance can be mistaken sometimes , I must be vigilant , I wipe my hands and head out
"Did you finished eating?"
I looked to my right and saw Kim , I nodded , although I overthink so much but I also trust him
But does he trust me? Does he trust me as much as I do for him?
I let out a sigh
"Wanna stay over tonight?"
Should I? That question bugged me in my head , wanting to know if I should or not
"Well"
"Come on"
He put his hand around my shoulders
"Stay with me"
I shivered when he whispered in my ear but then again I thought of Vegas
"Come'on , stay with me"
"Fine fine , I'll send Pete a message"
I quickly sent a text to Pete , I could feel him staring at me
"So gloomy"
I blinked in confusion , gloomy?
"Stop making that face , you're gonna scared kids"
"Who's scary? Definitely not me"
He chuckle
"That girl was Lisa , she and I once had a mission together , though I didn't want to cooperate but I was obliged to , we're only friends"
"I didn't ask you though"
"I know just making sure you don't misunderstood things"
He smiled at me , I looked down , feeling my cheeks heating up , we were walking over to his car
"Hey"
A hand suddenly rested on my shoulder , I looked at my back quickly , feeling an unknown feeling and scent , I grabbed the arm of that person
