Kim's pov
I woke up earlier than I thought , I checked the time and it was 9 am , I woke up this early? I realised Macau wasn't on my bed , did he wake up earlier than me? I let out a yawn , I stood up and walked to the door
"Macau?"
I yelled , he wasn't answering
"Macau?"
"What?"
I heard a fainted voice but it was from my room , I looked to the other side on the bed , seeing Macau on the floor
"What the hell are you doing on the floor?"
He didn't answer me , I shaked him
"Macau , how did you end up on the floor?"
"I fell down and was too lazy to get up plus it was so hot at night"
Right , I forgot to turned on the air-conditioner last night
"Get up , you're gonna catch a cold"
"No"
I lifted him up in my arms , he looked at me like he was defeated
"Let me sleep"
I smiled , I put him on the bed and turned on the air-conditioner
"I'm going to take a shower"
He didn't answer , I took a cold shower , I washed my hair , I put on some clothes and dry my hair , Macau was still asleep , I was thinking of going out today , maybe have a fun day , I felt sad he was going to leave but there's nothing I could do about it , I was thinking to spending the entire day with him , I went downstairs and made some coffee , after a while I saw Macau coming down
"Wanna get breakfast outside?"
"Can't say I'm gonna complain so sure"
He went upstairs , I guess to take a shower , I waited for him and he came down soon after
"There's a nice café nearby here , let's go"
He nodded , we walked instead of taking the car since it wasn't far and it was nice to walk , we got inside the café , I noticed the clouds overcast the sky , it started raining , what a shitty weather , it was just sunny and now it's raining
"What do you want? I will take just a latte"
"Just a coffee? Eat something"
I said
"Oh? I remember someone who used to drink coffee only"
"Yeah but now I eat because you make me"
I smiled at him , I was going to the counter but Macau pulled my upper arm
"This time I'm paying"
"No-"
"No , I'm paying , I have money , don't act like I'm broke"
"No it's not-"
"No , thats my final answer so you getting go sit your ass down and let me pay"
"Damn , I'm getting scolded now"
He chuckle , I went to sit down , can't even argue with him , he cut me off each time , Macau came and sat down
"The weather is so boring today"
I nodded at him , I heard my phone ringing , I checked it and saw that it was Kinn , I ignored the call , Macau didn't bother asking me who it was , just then , the waiter came and gave us out breakfast , we ate in silence , if the weather was sunny , I would've take Macau to the beach , I let out a sigh , Kinn was calling me again , what does he want? Why would he call me now? I ignored it again
We both finished our breakfast
"Let's go home"
Macau said
"It's still raining?"
"Yeah but I would love to actually run in the rain"
"You're crazy if you want to catch a cold"
I chuckle at him
"Then you may as well call me crazy"
We stood up , just then someone bumped into me
"My fucking god , that's hot!"
I winced when I felt a hot drink spilled on my shirt , that shit burned , I looked up and saw Porchay , god just why now? My phone was ringing , again..
"I'm sorry , I didn't mean to-"
"Just watch where you're going next time , that fucking shit was hot"
I said , I grabbed Macau's hand and went outside
"Are you alright?"
"Yeah"
I let out a deep breath when my phone rang again , for fuck sake , can't I have a peaceful day with my boyfriend for once!? Just for once!?
"I think you should take that call , it could be important"
"You think so?"
I took the call
"What now Kinn?"
"We got a fucking problem"
"Now what?"
"Ouga escaped"
"What!? Kinn , you can't always let those fucking psychpaths escaped! Why do you always keep them in the cell and give me the dirty job to do!? Your fucking job is to just make them talk and kill them! That's all! How hard is it!? He's so fucking weak too! How did he escaped!?"
"Look , he stabbed Khun , he is getting treated right now , I don't know how he escaped but I would've done the job myself but I can't leave Khun's side"
"What!?"
I let out a sigh , God now I'm having a headache
"Well , what about Porsche? Can't he look after Khun?"
"Posche has some other business with Porchay's college , that's why I can only ask you , I also located him"
"Listen , I can't today , I'm busy"
"Busy with what?"
"Busy with my personal things so please leave me alone for today"
I hang up the phone , why is it so annoying
"A mission?"
I looked at Macau and nodded
"Why don't you do it?"
"I want to spend the day with you today"
He looked ad me and was silent , he smiled
"Kim it's alright , go do your job , we can always hang out"
"But-"
"Kim , if it's a mission , you should really go and do it , don't worry about me"
I let out a sigh
"I can't argue with you , can I?"
"Never"
He giggled
"Fine"
We both run home , running in the damn rain , I changed my clothes and took my gun , putting my knife in my shoe , just some basic skill can do , I looked at Macau , I kinda felt bad for leaving him , especially today , I went over to him and kissed him in the cheek
"I'm sorry , I'll make up to you another day"
He nodded , I opened the garage and took my motorbike
"You have a fucking motorbike?"
"Yeah? You never knew?"
"No , I have never seen you using one"
"Well now you did"
I chuckle , I called Kinn
"Send me the location right now"
He sent me the location , a hotel? That's one way to get caught easily but also a way to be safe , a genius one
