George POV.

I lurched upwards with eyes widened as I looked around this strange space, however I was unable to move as I felt something constricting my breathing. “Wha-what the?” My breathing was immediately beginning to grow uneven. “Where… where am I? Please anyone?” I asked, before feeling the thing constricting me tightening more.

A gasp fell from my lips as I was now unable to move my body at all. My fingers tensed up, scratching at the metal surface that I was trapped again. “Please… whoever is there. Please help me!” I begged, even though it didn’t work I continued to try and writhe around.

“Be quiet.” A man said, somewhere out of sight. After a moment a scientist in a lab coat appeared. He shone a thin light in my face in a manner that a doctor would.
“Where am I?” I asked. “Please, I was just on a date, I didn’t do anything wrong.” He ignored me, acting as though I was nothing more than an animal.

He gave me some strange medical examination, ignoring me continuing to cry and ask confused questions. In between each time where he checked my heart rate or my blood pressure he would write something down on a clipboard. At some point I felt like I passed out however I regained consciousness quickly.

The last thing that he did was inject a syringe into my arm, filling it with blood and repeating the process with two more syringes. After recapping all three of them he finally looked into my eyes while adjusting his round glasses with a sadistic smile.

Without a word to me he turned and walked off, although I could no longer see him I could hear his voice. “It doesn’t seem like he is who you wanted him to be.” The man murmured to some other unseen individual.
“Is he not…” The voice grew quiet, not allowing me to hear what he was saying.

My gaze attempted to drift around the room and I strained to try and spot him. All that I knew was that he had a British accent, and after what felt like forever he appeared in my vision. A blond man with blue eyes and several scars, his face was lowered in a frown as he looked at me. When he looked over at me and the sheet he was given he sighed.

“T3, come here now.” He spoke firmly, with my breath hitching, especially when I saw who it was that came to stand alongside the blond.
“T-techno?” I asked, my mouth feeling dry. He refused to look into my eyes, instead looking at the blond man who stood alongside him.

His eyes narrowed as he looked at the blond, however in something that seemed to shock both me and the pinkette there was a loud slap echoing through the room as he was hit. Although I expected Techno to attack or growl or anything, he instead just took it, staring straight ahead with no emotion. “You Goddamn idiot!” The blond man yelled.

“Philza… sir… I am sorry but I believe that I am correct. He is the experiment. He told me himself that he was called a Lab Freak by his peers.” I was shocked, my lips parted slightly.
“You idiot.” The blond repeated. “It is a nickname, from another child. This is Davidson’s son!” He sighed. “Usually you are more intelligent than this. Was there some malfunction?”

“No. I have not had a malfunction.” Techno responded, his hands stiffly at his side. He seemed irritated however he tried not to show it.
“I am not so sure. When you were designed you were programmed not to let anyone know of your weaknesses, not even me.”

As the blond man said that Techno lowered his gaze. Although his eye line would have him looking at my legs, it seemed as though he wasn’t looking directly at me or anything really. I was more focused on the fact that this unknown blond was talking about ‘malfunctions’ and ‘programming’.

Did this mean that Techno was another experiment? Was he like Dream however from a different company. The pinkette glanced over at me however he guilty looked away, not wanting to meet my eyes. “Head to Room 083 and I will have Wilbur run you through an EEG to make sure you're functioning properly.”

Before he left I spoke up, hoping that our friendship would get him to help me. “Techno.” I begged. “Please help me! We’re friends!”
The blond laughed before leaning in close to me. “He is a genetically enhanced soldier. He does not have friends.” The blond glanced over at my… ex-friend. “Leave Techno.”

Once again I tried begging at the pinkette however he turned and left, not saying anything to me. A tense silence filled the room and I was panicking. In these five or so minutes or so I had found out that my father was right about someone wanting to steal an experiment. Then I found out that Techno is also an experiment, except he seemed to be a soldier.

The blond, Philza (I think that is what Techno called him), tutted out. “What am I going to do with you?” He asked, tilting his head as he peered down. “I can’t just send you back to your father, since we can’t let this incident get out. It will also be a shame to have to kill you, since even though Techno was wrong about you being our target he does say you are intelligent.”

“I promise I won’t say anything.” I begged, my breathing uneven and fast. “I promise, I won’t tell my father or anyone about this!” He chuckled but shook his head.
“You seem like a smart kid.” He told me. “I don’t think that you would keep either of those promises. It was a good try though.”

As I was about to go back to begging a series of footsteps echoed over the floor. I couldn’t see who it was but that didn’t matter as the person appeared in my vision only a few moments later, with every moment feeling like both milliseconds and hours. “Philza, sir, I think that this is something that you might want to see.”

“Wilbur, can it wait?” Philza responded. “I am busy, I don’t want to keep Techno’s mistake here any longer than he needs to be here.” His teeth were gritted and he glared at me when he was done, as though somehow me being kidnapped and tied down was my fault.
“Sir, I insist this is important.” He moved the piece of paper into Philza’s face.

“It turns out Techno might have been correct about this being an experiment after all sir.”
