she bares me

where can i put down my sadness,
oh where can she lay.
for she is far to heavy for me to bare,
and she is far to gentle to be put away.

she screams like the child i am,
and cares like the mother in me.
nourishing those who need nurture,
whilst never pushing herself to be free.

she rocks me gentle in her arms,
as she poisons me with her tongue.
i grasp onto her for dear life,
for i am far too young.

i will squeeze her hand gently,
as she harshly pulls me along.
my sadness oh she bares me,
god i hate that i'm not strong.
