"You have got a date!" she exclaimed, her eyes sparkling with joy. I couldn't help but smile at her infectious enthusiasm.

"Tell me, who is it?" she pressed, eagerly awaiting the details."

"Alexander," I said, a happy tinge in my voice. "He asked me if I was single, and I said no. Then, he asked me out. I've kind of developed a little crush on him over the last week. He's just so good-looking."

"He asked you last night?" Mom asked.

"Yeah, when we were hanging out by the pool," I replied. "Luckily, Aurora gave me a bikini, and as we were refilling the drinks, he popped the question. Later that night, when we were watching a movie, I fell asleep on his shoulder. I woke up this morning feeling so comfortable, thinking I was resting on my pillow. But, it turns out, my 'pillow' was actually Alexander's chest." I couldn't help but feel a little embarrassed as I shared the last part of the story.

"Oh, how romantic!" Mom exclaimed, her eyes widening with delight. "Sounds like you had quite the night. Falling asleep on his shoulder, that's like something out of a movie."

I blushed at her reaction, appreciating her excitement. "Yeah, it was unexpected but really nice. He's such a gentleman."

Mom leaned in with a mischievous grin. "And you said you developed a little crush on him? A little crush or a big one?"

I chuckled, feeling the warmth in my cheeks. "Okay, maybe it's a bit more than a little crush. He's just so charming and easy to be around. I can't help it."

She winked playfully. "Well, I say go for it! Life is too short to hold back when you find someone you connect with. Just be yourself and enjoy the time together."

I nodded, grateful for my mom's supportive words. "Thanks, Mom. I'm looking forward to it. I don't really know what we are going to do. He is going to pick me up at 6. I assume we are going out for dinner."

"Ah, young love," Mom sighed, her eyes sparkling with nostalgia. "What are you going to wear?"

"Alexander said no to casual, no to fancy, so I was thinking about a dress, maybe one of mine own of Van Doren, one that we haven't been released yet. I think the long sleeve high collar bodycon medium thigh black dress."

"That sounds perfect," Mom exclaimed, her face lighting up. "It's classy but not too formal, and it's sexy in a subtle way that highlights your features. It'll boost your confidence for sure."

As I pondered my outfit choice, Mom's curiosity took a turn. "Are you going to tell him about your businesses?" she asked with full interest.

"Yes, I am planning on telling him on the date. I was planning on telling my friends in the next week, especially with the dividends now deposited. And if I want to ask Elijah Knight for advice, I better tell them first," I said, contemplating how I would navigate this conversation on our upcoming date.

Excitement bubbled within her as she exclaimed, "That's great, but now, shopping!" The focus shifted swiftly to the upcoming massive shopping spree, and we decided to fuel up with lunch before diving into the retail adventure ahead.

Once lunch was finished, we made our way out of the apartment. The elevator took us down, and we strolled towards our car. As we settled into the comfortable seats, I couldn't help but ask, "Where are we going first? We have quite a list for our massive shopping spree. Cars can wait; I need some time to think about that. What car are you thinking of getting?"

She pondered for a moment before replying, "I'm leaning towards the Aston Martin Vantage for a sports car, but for an SUV, it's a toss-up between the G Wagon and a Range Rover. I think I'll go with the G Wagon, just like you."
