"He came up with all these plans?" Theodore asked still shocked.
"That's insane."
"That's because he is," Raven said without hesitation, putting all the focus on her.
"He didn't feel any fear when I buried him alive."
"He was happy to test out his power on me and my tribe. Like we were toys."
Her tales made Amber and Leonardo gulp in fear.
She sighed.
"My only questions are if we were born like this or if something happened to him?"
"What happened to him, Ozpin?" Theodore asked feeling the latter played a part.
Ozpin paused for a moment, feeling reluctance to say the next part.
"Beacon Academy," He said.
Except for Glynda, the rest were confused by this.
"What do you mean, Ozpin?" James asked.
"After his fake transcripts were revealed, the media and the students went after him."
"The students...They were more beasts than men. They spared no moment not to hurt him or humiliate him."
James and Theodore were shocked. They would never let such a thing happen in their academies.
"What about the professors? Didn't any of you stop this?" James asked.
Glynda and Ozpin looked ashamed and guilty.
"We turned a blind eye to almost everything."
James was speechless. He expected more from the two and the other Beacon staff.
"What about his team?" Theodore asked, hoping some camaraderie was there.
"Didn't they have his back?"
"They....They kicked him out of their dorm and voted him out of the team."
Theodore was appalled to hear this.
"Ozpin," Summer said, getting his and everyone's attention.
"At the lighthouse, our daughters recognized him."
"Were they close?"
"To my knowledge, they were friends," Ozpin said.
"Did they stick by him?"
Ozpin remained silent.
"Ozpin," Summer said, wanting an answer.
"No. They didn't."
Summer was anxious to ask the next question.
"What did they do?"
"Summer," Ozpin started, wanting to change the subject.
"WHAT. DID. THEY. DO?"
"Mr. Arc was Miss Rose's friend, but she ignored him and didn't want to talk to him again."
"Miss Xiao Long, Miss Schnee, and his old teammates didn't hold back during combat class."
"What does that mean?" Summer asked.
"They...They injured him when his aura was shattered."
This news surprised the others. To some of them, this was a very heinous act.
While Raven and Vernal had no qualms over Yang's actions, Summer looked shocked and appalled.
"Why didn't we hear about his?" Tai asked still reeling from this revelation.
