Areum woke up, but there was no one beside her. She looked around her house, but there was no sign of Minho. She thought maybe Minho had gone outside to get some fresh air. She went to work as usual and left a note on the fridge. In the late evening, she came back from work, still with no sign of him. She pouted and wondered

She lazily went to her room and as she took off her earring and put it in the drawer, she noticed a letter. Her eyebrows raised as a lot of questions built up in her mind. As far as she knew, there was no letter there before she went to work. She opened the letter and started reading.

Im here to let you know that im no longer to stay here . Shocking right ? Im sorry baby , I just cant bear to see you . So , its better for me to leave without seeing you . Her heart sank as she read the letter, and tears streamed down her face.

With a trembling hand, she repeatedly tried to call him, but he never answered. Instead, it went straight to voicemail. Frustration filled her as she let out a curse. Tears welled up in her eyes as she realized he was intentionally avoiding her. She felt a mix of sadness and anger, cursing the situation and wishing things could be different.

Then, with a trembling hand, she continued to dial his number, hoping for a different outcome. But each time, it went straight to voicemail, leaving her feeling frustrated and hurt. She couldn't help but curse the circumstances that kept them apart.

The other day, Areum made her way into her step dad's company. As she approached the office, the assistant of her step dad blocked her from entering. Frustrated and determined, Areum heard someone's moaning from inside the office. Her curiosity piqued, she raised her eyebrow, pushed past the assistant, and boldly entered the office.

She was shocked to see yoona on her step dad's lap . She couldn't believe it in front of her eyes , her own bestfriend made out with her step dad . Disgusting .

' there you are , sweetie . What made you come here ? Already agreed with my decision ? ' byungwoo asked while yoona still on his lap , playing with his collar .

Areum just rolled her eyes .

Areum raised her hand , was about to slap her step dad but then someone hold her wrist .

Her step dad kicked her hardly on the stomach .The blood come out at the corner of her lips . Her step dad squat in front of Areum , placing his hand on her chin , made her looked at him .

' hey listen . Obey what I said or I will kill him right in front of your eyes '
A tear welled up in her eyes , she didn't want all of this happened . She harshly pull her head away from his grip . Then , she slowly stand up , made her way to the door . Out of sudden , yoona grab areum's hair .

' where are you going , honey ? We're not done yet '
With all her energy, she turned around and kicked Yoona's leg. Yoona let out a little scream of pain. Areum quickly ran towards the door, but as she opened it, her head bumped into someone's chest. She looked up, her teary eyes meeting Felix's gaze.

Felix broke the eye contact and scanning the office . As Felix's gaze swept across the office, he couldn't help but notice the chaos. Papers were scattered everywhere, creating a disorganized mess. His eyes landed on Byunwoo, standing there with his collar unbuttoned, giving off an unprofessional vibe. And then there was a girl with smudged lipstick and a tight dress. Felix let out a sigh of frustration, feeling the weight of the situation.Without hesitation, he grabbed Areum's wrist.

' wait , Mr.Lee I can explain ' byungwoo said as he tried to approach felix .
' no need . We will discuss about this later.'
said felix in a cold tone.

Then , he left with Areum.
