"This is going to be interesting when she tells us what's going on," Johanna says laughing.

"Yeah," I say. Clove starts running over to us. "Hey, what was that about?"

    "Nothing," Clove says bitterly.

    "Ok, let's go," Katniss says.

    "Where's Glimmer?" Clove asks.

"Katniss and I saw her in the office. Her mom was here. I have no idea why though," I say.

    "That's weird," Annie says.

"Great, I have no way home. This has turned out to be a great day," Clove says.

"You can ride home with me," Katniss says.

   "Thank you," Clove says gratefully.

"What time should we meet at your house, Katniss?" Finnick asks.

"Umm, would 5:00 work? We can eat at my house then go to the game," Katniss answers. We all nod. "Don't forget Prim and her friends are coming with us. Plus one of her friends' brother's will be coming with us. I think his name is Thresh." We all nod again and we go off to our ways home.

Marvel POV:

"Cato, pass me a drink," I say. "I heard that Glim's mom found out about you two," Cato says throwing me a soda.

"Yeah, I don't care though. She is still letting us stay together," I say.

  "I heard," he says.

"Wait, where did you here this from?" I ask not realizing before that I'd never told him any of this stuff.

"I was talking to Glimmer today. I ditched 6th and she was having some sort of panic attack over the Math test," he says.

  "Oh," I say.

"You're going to the game tonight, right?"

"Duh, I'm playing in the game. Are you going to the game?" he asks me.

"Duh, I'm going with Glimmer and her friends," I say.

"They aren't your friends?" Cato asks.

"I don't even know anymore. I get along well with Peeta and Finnick, but Katniss, Annie, Johanna, and Clove aren't my favorite people ever. And you know how I feel about Glimmer. You're my best friend, not any of those people," I say.

"Are you doing the blackout?" he asks.  Since our school's colors are black and gold, we have blackouts at any major game. At all the other games we do goldouts. If that makes no sense then we all have to wear black or gold, it just depends on the game.

"Yeah, I gotta change before I go. It's better to wear school stuff, right?"

"Yeah, did you never go to a football game at your old school?" Cato asks.

"Like I said, I had barely any friends and I had absolutely no interest or desire to go the games," I say. Kids used to think I was weird at my old school. I'm really not, right?

"Oh, what do you wanna do?" Cato asks.

"CoD?" I suggest. Cato goes and grabs the game controllers. We start to play.

Gale POV:

"Are you going to the game?" Madge asks me over the phone.

"I don't know. I'd be watching the game alone. I don't think so," I say. Since Madge and Delly are cheerleaders and Cato is on the team.

"Couldn't you sit with Johanna and them? They might accept you sitting with them," Madge says. What I could do is call up Johanna, ask her if I could sit with her, and just show up at the game, and then I'm kind of forced to sit with all of them unless they all ditch Johanna. Or she would ditch me. It could play out either way. Or she could just say 'no' in the beginning.

"I guess I could try that," I say.

"Alright, well I got to go over to Delly's, so hopefully I'll see you at the game. Text me if you're not coming, so I don't have to look all over the stands. I love you," Madge says.

"Love you too, bye," I say and hang up the phone. Now I have to call Johanna. I hit her contact and wait for her to answer.

"Who are you and why is your number blocked?" she asks in her friendly tone, note the sarcasm.

  "It's me, Gale," I say.

"Sorry, you know why I said that," she says."What's up?"

"I was wondering if I could sit with you at the game tonight," I say.

"Sure, just meet me in front of the steps. You can sit with my friends. If they get mad then screw them they can deal with it for one night," she says.

"Thanks all my friends are apart of the game," I say.

"At least I won't have to hear Delly talk," she says laughing.

"That's true. The only person out of my friends that likes her is Madge," I say.

"Not even Cato?" she asks shocked.

"God no. He's only with her for the reason we hate her for. Well, the reason he left you guys," I say.

"I got to go get ready for the game. Meet me there at 6:30. Bye," she says and hangs up the phone.
