Avery's Birthday
Avery POV
I woke up this morning with someone licking me. Who would be licking me like this? No one ever licks me. Today is my birthday and according to Niall I get to do anything we want. I haven't decided yet what to do today but I got some options.
"Avery wake up" I heard Niall say as he kissed my forehead
I smiled and opened my eyes. Once I opened my eyes I couldn't believe who or what a saw. It's a dog. The dog was happy when I woke up. I looked back at Niall to see he is smiling at me.
"Happy birthday" Niall told me as he sat down on the bed
"Thank you. Is this ours?" I asked him as I petted the dog who is snuggled up to me already
"Yes. Do you like him?" he asked as he petted him as well
"It's a him?" I asked him
"Yep" he said
"I love him" I told him as I kissed the dog head
"What do you want to name him?" he asked me
"I get to name him?" I asked him
"Yep" he said
I thought about a name for a while when I was looking at him.
"It's a yorkshire terrier right?" I asked him and he nodded "How about Hershey? He looks like one of those chocolates called Hershey" I told him
"You mean those Hershey chocolates that sale in America?" he asked
(A/N: I don't know if they sale them in the UK. If they do please let me know)
"Yep" I told him as I looked back at Hershey who was giving me licks to make me giggle "It tickles Hershey" I told him but he didn't listen to me and licked me all over my face
"Hey you do know that's my girl" Niall told Hershey
I giggled as Hershey didn't listen to him and gave me licks.
"Okay. That's it" Niall said
I looked at Niall to see him grabbing Hershey carefully and then put him in the middle of us and he decided to press kisses all over my face to make me laugh.
"Niall" I laughed
"These are your birthday kisses" he said
I giggled as he did some more after a couple of minutes he finished kissing my face and looked at me.
"You're 24 today. How do you feel?" he asked me and I shrugged
"I don't know. I just feel the same" I told him
"But you feel like getting old right?" he asked me
"Hey" I told him as I punched his shoulder and he chuckled
"What was that for?" he asked
"For being mean to me on my birthday" I told him as I pouted
"Now let's flip the frown upside down shall we?" he asked as he kissed me
I smiled and pulled him closer to the kiss. We might have a good make out session before Lilly came to my room.
"Happy birthday Avery" Lilly said as she tried to get on my bed and Niall helped her a bit to get on my bed "Puppy" she giggled when she saw Hershey
