"It's your mansion! Not mine!" Aditi said folding her hands across her chest
"Ours! Pringles its our mansion!"Aravind said keeping his hands on his hip! Hiss tall height made Aditi look up at him! His white shirt and black jeans that damn fucking smirk and playful smile on his face.
Oh! How much she missed this and how much she wanted to push him down and kick his ass!
Shanking her head to avoid her thoughts! She started walking ahead and Old lady in a cotton saree opened the door for her!
She knew her well! She was Lakshmi aunty! Aravind's helper since his childhood she smiled warmly at her and Aditi pulled her into a hug.
Right when Aravind walked inside the hall! He immediately smiled at Lakshmi and bent down to touch her feet and hugged her later
"Have you taken care of yourself properly Aravind? Why haven't you trimmed your beard? Lakshmi aunty asked and Aravind smiled sheepishly.
Aditi stood watching all this shocked! All her life she hated how Aravind never gave credits to whatever Lakshmi aunty did ! She had never said this to him but it had ran in her brain more than once and now watching the grown up, matured and sensible she couldn't help but feel the wall around her heart crack a little!
The Aravind in front of her now was completely a new person not the one who told everyone and everything for granted and too lightly.
She let out a deep breath and that's when she realised! Lakshmi aunty had brought a glass of water to her!
Taking slow sips from the glass Aditi's eyes wandered around the mansion!
"Just a Minute Aditi! I'll be right back"Aravind said as he attended a phone call
Aditi slowly walked around looking around the mansion! Every wall of the house had a picture of her with him or at-least with their friend's gang! Yet again something cracked a bit more in her chest.
What was he doing?!
She randomly entered a room in the first floor looking around to avoid her thoughts! And when she entered a master bedroom! She smiled at the trophies arranged on the shelf! She noticed how there was two shelf and she was there for all the winning in the first shelf and the second shelf she had no idea!
A what if! Hit her brain and she wanted to run away
She had no idea why and what she is doing! A chance? To him? The one who made her cry? Yes she gave but she thought nothing would change her heart or break the wall but now feeling the cracks hard she feared!
A brown dairy on the study table caught her eyes! Knowing reading others stuff was stupid and not right she took it in her hands! The curiosity in her got the best of her.
She flipped opened the front page and randomly flipped to the pages! Each page started with her name! He had apparently written letters to her of every victory and failure ! All his happiness and sadness!
A few letters saying how much he missed her! Aditi shut closed the dairy as quickly as possible as she felt her heart beat go crazy !
She knew it already now that she was fighting a losing battle! She wanted to cry and let the overwhelming feelings she felt inside out but that felt impossible.
"Pringles to my Pringles " said Aravind as walked in the room with a bunch of Pringles can in his arms ! Smiling widely. He could not help but curse himself badly! He begged for the chance yet then he was clueless and stared at her with a can of Pringles!
He won't be surprised if Aditi spit on him and walk away to chennai cause that bad was he back in days .
He dropped the cans on the table and looked at her she was silent! But her eyes seemed like a silent inner war.
"If i had to say sorry to my stupidity then i have to be begging you all my life Aditi! I was stupid and was a idiot back then! Everyone does mistakes and i did too! I wouldn't let anything else take the blame it was solely my stupidity but back then everything so perfect felt so unreal that i doubted if it was real! " Aravind said
"I had been yearning to get that perfect fairy take back for years and i know us being back together again also won't be the same fairy tale but whatever it is I wanna Live that with you Aditi!"
Aditi remained silent watching him confess and silently watch his eyes turn glossy.
"Well. Yell, scream, say something. Anything, please"Aravind begged
Letting out a deep breath out! Aditi removed her hands from the fold across her chest and looked at him
"I hate how much I love you" She said gritting her teeth as she grabbed the collar of his white shirt
"Marry me Aditi! Let's spend our nights eating Pringles on the floor when there is a perfectly fine table behind us. We can go to the movie theatre and sit in the very back row just to make out like we discussed back then. We will Slow dance with your favourite song in our bedroom with an unmade bed and candles on the nightstand." Aravind said and that was the last straw! He wasn't asking her to be a girlfriend again! He wanted marriage a bond a strong relationship.
"Aravind I-" Aditi looked at him wordlessly and he threw her arms around her neck and pulled her into a tight hug , slowly yet carefully Aditi patted his shoulders.
"Just please be my best friend right now, not the guy I just confessed my love to."he whispered and Aditi yet again patted his shoulders while he broke the hug.
"I'll Marry you!" Aditi said after a few minutes of silence , Aravind could not help but smile and tap his feet on the group happily
"But!"she added
"My Guts trust you! I don't ! You have to earn it! I immediately can't get back to the Aditi i was when i fell in love with you ! It will take time" she said
"I'll wait! For days! Months and years i'll wait" he said
"I- i wanna go home! I know I promised you this whole day but i wanna go home!" Aditi said
To much happening and it was too much to take it all in! She wants her comfort cave back.
"Alright! Let's get going! Before that's have something and go" he said and ran out calling Lakshmi aunty.

He turned towards her and saw her silently sleeping leaning to the window in his car! He had heard Riya and Keerthana once talking about how Aditi had trouble falling asleep in the past years and now watching her sleep like a baby ! Made him smile and he silently roamed around the entire city driving aimlessly fearing that if he stopped the car his girl would wake up and the magic would just vanish.
