as a kid [akure]

i moved to akure shortly thereafter. there i made two female best friends. they were constantly tearing at my self-esteem. they'd make fun of me, tease me, call me names and make me do things i didn't wanna do. they were bullies, yet, i remained friends with them. i hadn't come to understand the concept of cutting people off. this went on for 2 years.
