"do you think someone is here?" keeho said as he held onto seungmin waiting and watching for the door

"i-i don't know...why are they shooting?!"

"what if it's your friends? did they come to save you?"

"i hope—but- if that's them getting shot at then i hope not!" he said while panting, listening to the sound of gun shots

"what should we do?" just as keeho said that the door opened

both seungmin and keeho put a hand to their mouths, keeping quiet as they watched the door open fully. the grip they had on each other tightens as the fear in their body increased

"seungmin?" a voice said

seungmin heard his name and looked at who was entering the room

it was a boy, a boy who he didn't know, who was this boy?

the boy looked at them both, confused as well

"uh—is one of you seungmin?"

seungmin watched as the boy fiddled with the string on his hoodie

"why." seungmin finally said out of his shock state

"no need to be scared! i know the gun shots you heard were scary—ah. my name is jake by the way, i'm here to get seungmin, im felix's cousin."

seungmin finally relaxed his muscles and his mouth opened in shock

"is jinnie here?!"

"yes—hyunjin,felix, e-everyone— but, we need to get out of here, fast."

"okay..are you sure it's safe?"

"uh, to be honest, i'm quite scared, but there are people in my headset here going to guide us!" he said as he pointed to the things in his ears

seungmin was a bit skeptical at first, but this was a way out

"okay fine. i'm seungmin by the way the one you were looking for, and this is keeho." jake then looked at keeho and waved his hand

"okay!... heeseungie we're ready to leave."

seungmin just watched as jake nodded, listening to whatever was happening in his ear

"who is talking to you in your ear by the way?"

"oh, a lot of people actually, haha. too many to say right now, but i got directions out, so let's go. follow me"

they both just nodded, following jake out the door

"hey—uh, jake? where's, hyunjin?"

jake stayed quiet for a second, "he's with chan and sunoo, their all fighting with everyone else"

"is he hurt?! oh gosh, he's gonna get himself killed!"

"don't worry, we came prepared, with weapons. the gun shots you heard came from us, i uh hope."

seungmin than looked at him with a annoyed expression

"listen, all i was told was 'jake go save seungmin in the basement then lead him out!' so that what im doing"

seungmin just sighed

"seungie, i think there's a person over here. what do i do?" jake said as he waited for a response

"there's a person? where?" keeho said looking around

"shh be might hear you. stay here i'll get him away" jake hushed
