Surprised

Time skip

It have been months since Bruce had sent John to Arkham, 2 moths exactly. Bruce had been burnt out from a case still not resolved, but he still managed to visit John every week or so. John didn't try to talk to anyone at Arkham, he tried to change and every one at Arkham thought he was weird, like he didn't belong there. Sometimes the other inmates would beat him up, but he never told Bruce, he didn't want him worried but at last it was Johns final day there. John had a diary, he was excited to write on it today since it was his last day at Arkham, one of the doctors said it would be good for him if he wrote down his feeling and thoughts on paper
"Dear diary, todays my last day at Arkham!!!!!!! I'm soooooo excited. I can't wait to hangout with brucie again! But I know today will be a long day but I'm sure it will be worth it especially to be with Bruce again, he's soooo sweet he try's to visit me every week, I love him and I'm sooo exited!!!!!!!" But at the same time, I'm upset why would he send me here in the first place if we wanted to see me so much?
John then heard a dock on his door, he was going to be finally released. He excitedly got up from him bed and ran to the door were the guard opened it and scolded him to the exit were Bruce was waiting for him with flowers in his hands. John ran to him excitedly and hugged him, they both looked at each other,

"I'm so happy to see you Bruce!"

"Me too John, and I have a surprise for you,"

"REALLY! WHAT IS IT" John said excitedly

"It's a surprise, like I said,"

"C'mon! Tell me!"

"Nope!"

"Fine! But it better be a good surprise"

"It will be, but you'll have to dress well"

"Anything for you Brucie"

The two men then got into Bruce's car were bruce drove John to his apartment. They said goodbye and John went into his apartment until he realized Bruce had never told him when his surprise would be so he turned around and yelled "WHAT TIME IS THE SURPRISE!" "AROUND 6:00 ILL PICK U UP!" Bruce yelled back "OK" John turned around to go back "dress well?" He thought "what surprise could this be?". It was 4:32 so he had about and hour and half to get ready, he watched the tv for a while then look at his clock "5:48! I BETTER STAR GETTING READY!" He got up his old couch and but on his "best" suit and buttons it as well as he could "fuck I don't know how to tie a tie" he thought "heh, I'll just wait for Bruce, I'm sure he'll help", just after that though he heard a nock on the door "it must be Bruce" he ran to the door then opened it, he held the tie in his hand and said "little help Bruce?" As he handed the tie to the other man, Bruce was mesmerized the second he saw John in his suit and he felt his cheeks turned very warm, of course John noticed but he didn't say anything "uh, yea of course!"
Bruce said as he took the tie from johns hand and tied it "Let's go" Bruce said as he took johns and and walked him to car, "you ready for you surprise?"

"Sure am!
