Chapter 7

       "San mo ba ako dadalhin" tanong nito habang hinihila ko parin ang isang kamay niya. Nakakahiya namang sabihin na wala naman talaga kaming destinasyon. Bakit koba kasi hinatak kamay niya?

   
      "Can you please answer me?" Pamimilit nito, e sa wala nga kaming destinasyon huhu.

   
       " Actually, wala naman talaga tayong destination." Nahihiyang amin ko sa kanya, naramdaman kong tumigil siya sa paglalakad kaya humarap ako sa kanya dahilan para mabuwag ang mga kamay naming naka holding hands na pala?!

      "I want to eat" bulong niya. Kaya naman napatingin ako sa harapan namin. Isang Filipino Restaurant. Sa isipang wala siyang dalang pera ay nauna akong pumasok para bilhan siya, buti nalang at palagi akong handa.

          NAPATIGIL siya sa paglalakad ng mapansing may humawak sa kamay.

         "Don't leave me" may diing bigkas sa kanya ng binata.

       She's uncomfortable,yes! But something is running on her mind. Maybe he doesn't want to be left alone?

        Naputol ang mga iniisip niya ng hatakin na siya ng binata papasok sa restaurant.

        " What do you want to eat?" Tanong nito habang tumitingin sa menu na hawak.

      He smiled at him "coffee will do, kakatapos kolang kumain nong maglakad-lakad ako"

      " Are you sure?" He asked worried

     She smiled sweetly " yeah, hito ang bayad" binigay niya dito ang perang kinuha niya sa bulsa.

     The man in front of her looked at her flatly " you knew it's downright disrespectful to a man."

     " Oo naman, but not on me"

      " I won't accept this, my treat okay?" Sabi nito at ibinalik sa kanya ang perang binigay niya.

     " Sigi, pero sa susunod libre kona. Is that okay?"

     The man stilled and looked at her unbelievably "Y-you want to s-see me again?"

     " Yeah, if it's okay to you"

     " Oh, alright" nagmamadaling tugon nito at umalis sa harapan niya.

     She look at his back and suddenly she remembers what Shin had told her ' if you like the person don't hide your feelings?' why?

    She barely know about it because she's to focus on a lot of things to indulge her self in that matter. She almost lost her childhood when she's young, she almost forget the outside world because of depression and trauma. And her friends were amazed about her 'being free', that's half a lie.

    She chuckled " why would I think about it again and again? I'm tired of that view it's suffocating, I'm okay, I'm okay" she whispered to her self while calming her hands from shaking.

     "You're not fine" someone cleared his throat.

     She smiled bitterly" It's been 6 years but the fear, the guilt,and the hope  was still her. I've tried but..." Hindi na niya kinayang pigilan ang emosyon niya at umiyak nalang. She wasn't like this before! She's strong but his presence makes her weak!

    ' Today, I'm gonna cry this out and tomorrow I'll be wearing my signature smile again'

     " It's okay I'm here" pagpapatahan sa kanya ng binata habang niyayakap siya.

      And for some unfathomable reason she just feel ease with his words. His here, so maybe I'm going to be fine.

    " SHAWN I need my tracker now!" Galit na sigaw ni Van pagkabukas niya sa pinto ng bahay ng kaibigan.
