Chapter 7 - Goal of the unknown

Dae was trying to get some information from San during training. How can she talk to Yunho? When can she ask him to testify? San was preparing her to take hits, she was not focused on exercises but on learning as much as possible.

„We've been training this shit for 4 hours, and you still don't get it?" San said with calm tone, but his face seemed annoyed „ Come back from daydreaming, I already told you it's hard to communicate for someone in prison with someone in city"

„But can't I just say he's my friend and that he'll prove what I was doing?" she said and sat on excercise mat

„He needs to come here by himself" he crouched down next to her wanting to do eye contact

„He probably doesn't even know I'm here" she avoided it and looked away

„Don't worry, soon he will" he smiled and stood up „Let's excercise for a little bit" he handed sitting Dae the boxing gloves

She finally stood up, at the start she lacked motivation but as soon as San started hyping her up, she was more energetic.

May 22

„Run on the treadmill for about 30 minutes at speed 8 and I'll be right back." San said while connecting the devices

„Aren't you afraid of leaving criminal in the castle alone? What if I run away?" Dae asked suspiciously which made San laugh

„Ah I wouldn't worry about you. You aren't dangerous" he stood up as he did his work

„How do you know?" She raised one of her eyebrows

„I just know how to tell the good from the bad" he stroked her hair and left

Dae exercised and stretched, and after a while San came back. The girl did not ask him what he was doing, but the boy himself told her that he had to pick up a parcel in the city.

"I just bought new shoes" he placed the package in front of himself on the abdominal building machine "They are from abroad, from a village shoemaker who obtains and processes leather all by himself" he said and started opening it

"They are... Um really pretty" Dae said as she watched man take out white shoes with a rather thick sole and with a strange pipe and white strings.

"Don't look at them like that" he laughed so did Dae "They are sports shoes. I broke my last one so I had to buy them again. They are suuuper comfy" he said and begin to try them on

"They look kinda weird but if they're working... then great purchase" she looked at San who put on already one shoe and began to tie it

"Oh my god, I love putting on the shoes I just bought" he closed his eyes in adoring this moment "Touch this inside" he handed her the other shoe

"It's so soft. Wow" she handed it back, so he started to put it on "I've never seen someone in town having white shoes like this"

"You can say they are pretty expensive" he laughed awkwardly "You can't get them if you don't ask the shoemaker and he doesn't accept orders from everyone, you also have to pay for transport" he started to look in the mirror to check his shoes
