In less than thirty minutes, I was ready to leave, my thoughts centred on the evening ahead. Walking out of the locker room, I made my way back to the VIP box where Taylor and her friends were waiting.

The atmosphere in the box was relaxed, yet there was an air of excitement as I joined Taylor. Her smile upon seeing me was infectious, and I couldn't help but mirror it. She wrapped her arms around me in a tight hug, and for a moment, everything else faded away.

"Ready for some food and good company?" I asked, looking down at her with a grin.

She nodded enthusiastically, her eyes sparkling with anticipation. "Definitely! I'm starving."

With a shared laugh, we headed out, Taylor leading the way alongside her friends. As we walked through the stadium, the victory still hung in the air, the celebration continuing in the background. But for me, the night held a different allure—being with Taylor felt like the highlight.

Exiting the stadium, we made our way to a cozy Italian restaurant, the ambience warm and inviting. Taylor's laughter filled the air, and her friends were equally engaging, making the night enjoyable. Sitting there, amidst the cheerful chatter, I couldn't help but feel grateful for this moment—a casual evening with Taylor and her friends, celebrating both the win and our time together.

As we savored delicious dishes and engaged in light-hearted conversations, I found myself increasingly drawn to Taylor. Her presence was magnetic, effortlessly pulling everyone in, including me. Despite the initial pressure of performing in the game, being here felt right, comfortable, and incredibly enjoyable.

Hours slipped away, filled with laughter, good food, and shared stories. It felt like a perfect blend of celebration and connection, and as the night wound down, I realized how much I enjoyed every moment spent with Taylor and her friends.

Taylors friends all went their own way as we left for my house.

"I love getting to watch you play," She said as I started my car,

"Thats good, I love having you there," I say looking over at her slightly.

"You know I have the south america leg of the tour coming up, if you're free you could come down there and see the show again, Maybe I will talk to you after the show this time." I jokes laughing at her own joke.

As Taylor settled into the passenger seat, I started the car, glancing at her briefly. Her presence always brought a sense of calmness amidst the whirlwind that was my life.

"I'd love to come," I replied, keeping my eyes on the road. "I'll do my best to make it."

Taylor smiled, and the thought of her at my shows sent a thrill through me. "It'll be great. You'll get the VIP treatment, Maybe I will talk to you after the show this time." She laughed, teasing me sligtly

She chuckled. "I'll hold you to that."

The drive to my house was filled with easy conversation, the comfortable silence between us speaking volumes. Pulling into the driveway, I parked the car, and we stepped out. The night was quiet, the stars sparkling above us.

"Thanks for inviting me," Taylor said, looking up at my house.

"Anytime," I replied, feeling grateful she was here with me.

As we walked to the front door, I fumbled a bit with the keys in my pocket. Unlocking the door, I led her inside, feeling a sense of contentment having her in my space. It was something special about sharing my home, my sanctuary, with someone I cared about.

"Make yourself at home," I said with a smile, gesturing around the living room. "Want something to drink?"

Taylor nodded, glancing around the room. "Sure, whatever you have is fine."

I headed to the kitchen, quickly fetching a couple of glasses and a bottle of wine. Pouring some wine into the glasses, I returned to the living room, handing one to Taylor.

"To a great evening," I said, raising my glass.

"To a fantastic evening," Taylor echoed, clinking her glass against mine.

We settled onto the couch, sipping our wine and discussing everything from music to sports, losing track of time in the comfortable conversation. The night stretched on, filled with laughter and shared stories.

As the evening wound down, I walked Taylor to the door, feeling a sense of reluctance at the thought of her leaving. "Thanks for coming to the game. It was great having you there," I said a genuine smile on my face.

"I'm your good luck charm," She said leaning into my body.

"Definitely," I say rolling my eyes and kissing the top of her head.
