"So how is it going?"
"This ice cream? Good as ever."
"No, I mean you and Christine."
Adam didn’t even move his eyes from his ice cream
"We are back to being friends! "
"Huh?"
"Yep!"
Jenny didn’t know what to make of this. She really hoped something would change but nothing! Her favourite person and her favourite sister are not yet together, to her frustration may be they never will be!
She squinted her nose.
"Are you still seeing Emily?"
"Oh, that's not happening!"
"Why?"
"We are not right for each other"
"But, you just started dating her...." She murmured.
"And I already know!" he gave her a goofy smile to her disappointment.
"What about you? Anything happening for you? What happened to that night in shining armour?"
"Nothing! Never saw him again."
"Ohh, so sad! I thought he is the one you will marry, you know! Then start something with someone from your University."
"They are boys, I don’t like boys"She huffed.
"Well everything takes time. Give them time they'll become men for sure."
"Nah, I want someone readymade."
"No One is readymade, everyone needs to learn. This boys can love you so much, at this age they are really passionate"
"I don’t care. i am not dating a boy, I want someone mature even if he is twenty years older than me I don’t care."
"Like me and Cristine, we'd let you date an 40 years old uncle?" Adam laughed."
"Hey, my life my rules. If I want i can."
"For now, just think about your Ice cream, then may be you life and rules!"
To her horror Jenny noticed that her favourite ice cream is falling from her cone. She started taking huge bite and soon grabbed her head due to the "brain freeze"!
Adam laughed seeing her situation.
"By the way, are you still getting stalked?"
"I don’t know. Don’t talk to me right now! Ahh! My head hurts" she screamed.
"Well, if you are still stalked, I think the stalker is laughing just as much as me seeing your situations"
Adam's laugh got only louder.

Both Adam and Jenny lied to each other. Adam was seeing Christine. They were now actually going for a real romantic date with a lot of planning from Adam's behalf. But they wanted everything to keep secret as it’s something totally new for both of them!
But Jenny won when its come to lying . Jenny lied twice to Adam. She and that night in Shining armour did meet each other again, so many times!
They were kinda like friends, hanging out regularly, working together while she was hoping for something more!
And about that stalking, the lingering feelings yet didn’t leave her and actually she was feeling it again though Adam was with her.
Her gut feeling was right though, someone was watching her again!
