update: NOV 2023

back again with a monthly update ♡

I gained almost 1kg in a span of 10 days ☹️
I ate way to much the past few days
Like more than I usually do, that's why i couldn't maintain my weight as i did before

Sigh...

At least my Uni schedule is kinda fixed now
Better timetable etc

I will start doing (daily) workouts from now on

I'm currently: 54.4kg
I was mid 53kg before but yeah ...
Still a long way to go✨

I never felt so unmotivated to go to "school" in my life
I just want my job application to get approved 😂🤚

I somehow don't know how to lose weight without cutting down my amount of food but it's so difficult (even tho it can be so easy)

I'll try different stuffs until I find something that works for me 👁️👄👁️
