start of the month: 56.4kg

16. April:
-1.4kg → 55.0kg

notes:

at first I didn't think I'd lose any weight in these 2 weeks but I luckily did

things I did; workout every 2nd or 3rd day depending on my timetable and mood
Also: walked an average of 4200 steps in these 2 weeks (some days I walked up to 10k and on some just 2k)

My workouts mostly consisted of 10-13 kpop dances
After dancing I did some training for my waist abs etc (5-10 min)

30. April:
+0.4kg → 55.4kg

*sigh...*   🫠
at least I lost 1kg overall

I binged the last few days

Started today to be more strict and actually track what I eat (otherwise I'm way over my deficit limit)


I didn't reach 54 like I expected but it's to late anyways...
