For the purpose of this story, katie can speak dutch.

Ellies pov:
"Are you almost ready?" I shouted from my room. Beth invited all of the Arsenal girls to the beach this morning, and we were running late. "KATIE MCCABE HURRY UP!" I shouted again. I slipped my air forces on and grabbed my bag from the floor.

I quickly walked from my room into the kitchen as i stuffed my phone into my back pocket. The weather wasn't too bad today, I had a short pair of ripped shorts on and a small white cropped top with my bikini on underneath. "I'm ready!" Katie announced, running out of her bedroom. She was obviously stressed. I chuckled as I opened the front door.

We got to the carpark, and I put my hand over my back pocket, expecting to feel my keys there. "I'll drive hurry up!" Katie said, walking towards her car. "I didn't realise you had a car," I said, surprised. "Why?" She questioned, raising an eyebrow as we turned out of the carpark. "Because I always drive you to training," I said, shrugging, leaning my head against the window.

When we arrived, all of the other girls were sitting on the sand laughing and chatting in their own small groups but still together. "Sorry were late girls someone takes forever to do her hair," I said, rolling my eyes and elbowing Katie. "ELLIE!" Beth shouted as she ran up to us. "BETHHHH!" I shouted back, laughing. "Uh, hello? I'm here too!" Katie said, rolling her eyes playfully. "I'm the favourite," I said, smirking. "Yeah, right!" Katie said, elbowing me. Beth jumped on her, catching her by suprise, causing her to fall over. "Dont be mean to Ellie!" Beth said, tickiling katie. "Viv! Viv! Get her off, viv!" Katie screamed, laughing.

When Beth eventually let Katie go, we walked over to the group. Katie went and laid with Victoria and Vivianne. I chose to sit with gio and the Australian girls. "Heyyy!" Steph said, getting up to hug me. After steph had finished, I sat on one of the towels and joined in the conversation. I soon got bored and laid on my back with my sunglasses over my eyes on my own.

"Is she asleep?" Katie whispered. "Yeah, I think so. Even if she's not, she can't understand Dutch, you idiot," Victoria said, hitting Katie round the head. "Ow!" Katie said, hitting her back playfully.

Viv- dus vind je haar leuk dan?
(So, do you like her then?)

Katie- Ik weet het echt niet zeker, ik denk dat ik die avond een fout heb gemaakt bij het kussen van Chrissy...

(I'm not really sure I think I made a mistake kissing Chrissy the other night...)

Vic- Heb je El verteld dat je haar leuk vindt? Ik bedoel, jullie hebben toch gekust? Dat betekent toch iets nee?

(Have you told El you like her?I mean, you two kissed, right? That's got to mean something?)

Katie- Ik weet het, ik ken Vic. Ik weet gewoon niet zeker of ze niet mijn type is, weet je? En ik denk niet eens dat ze mij ook leuk vindt.

(I know, I know Vic. I'm just not sure that's she's my type, you know? And I don't even think she likes me back.)

I heard someone walking over. They stopped and laid next to me poking my arm.

Gio (spanish)- ¿Supongo que no saben que puedes entender cada palabra que dicen?

(I guess they don't know that you can understand every word they say?)

I whispered back - No, ellas no tienen idea mi amiga.

(No, they have no idea, my friend)

Gio laughed before getting up again. "You coming swimming?" She asked, laughing. " I wasn't planning on it. Why?" I said, propping myself up on my elbows. "BETH!" gio shouted, calling her over. "ELLIE WANTS TO GO FOR A SWIM!" Gio shouted again, giggling. "What, no!" I said, hitting gio. "Is that so? I can definitely do that for you!" A thick Irish accent said, standing over me. "Katie McCabe, you wouldn't dare!" I said, pointing my finger at her. "Oh, but I would." She said, winking as she picked me up and threw me over her shoulder.

"KATIE! PUT ME DOWN NOW!" I shreaked, but it was no use. She threw me into the cold sea, my clothes becoming completely drenched. The other girls ran into the waves to join us laughing. I turned to Katie, angry. "YOU BETTER RUN KATIE!" Steph shouted, chuckiling, but Katie was too slow. I had already jumped up onto her back, and she had fallen into the waves. She turned around and splashed water at me.

The other girls joined in our little water fight, and we all ended up having a swim and playing a few games. After about an hour, we all made our way back up the beach to out towels, laughing. The sun was starting to set, and it was getting cold. Gio came over to my towel and saw me shivering. She put an arm around me, and I rested my head on her shoulder, watching the waves softly crash against the shoreline.

"It's really good to have you back." I whispered softly. "It's been nice seeing you again, Ellie." She replied in her thick Brazilian accent. I laughed slightly. "Gio! We're heading back now!" Alessia called from further up the beach. "I've got to go there my ride, I'll message you later, ok?" She said, placing a small kiss on the top of my head. "Bye, gio," I said, smiling.

"So you and Gio?" Katie asked, coming to sit beside me. "She's my best mate, I've known her since I was little. I was born in England, but my parents moved us to Brazil for 15 years for my dad's work." I said, sighing slightly. "You ok?" She asked, nudging my elbow. "Yeah, I just really missed her." I said with a smile. Katie laid down, looking up at the sky. I did the same. We laid there for about an hour just talking about our families and life before we decided to pack up and head back to the car.

We had been at the beach for a full day, and I was exhausted, so I lent against the window, letting my eyes close.

"Ik vraag me af of je wel van me houdt." Katie whispered. (I wonder if you love me.)

I opened my eyes again as the car pulled into the car park. It was dark outside, but  the sky was clear, which meant all of the stars were visible. "Katie, look," I said as we got put off the car, pointing towards the sky. "Wow," She whispered. When she put her head back down, we were inches apart. The soft twinkle of the stars reflected in her beautiful eyes. "ik houd van je." I whispered. (I love you.) Katie looked at me. She was visibly shocked. "You can speak dutch?" She stuttered. "Sí." I said, chuckiling. "And Spanish and Portuguese, I also understand a tiny bit of Irish."

"Oh..." Katie said, still shocked. I turned away for a second. Katie placed her hand on my chin and turned my head back to face her. She kissed me softly and slowly, her hand moving to my cheek. My hands instantly found her waist, and I grabbed her hair gently. She pulled away gasping for air.

We headed into the apartment complex and into the lift. The silence was nice, not akward. As soon as she opened the door and we were both inside, she grabbed me again, this time kissing me roughly. Her hands traced up and down my back, sending a shiver down my spine. I pulled her oversized t-shirt over her head, leaving her in her sports bra and denim shorts.

She pulled the hair band out of my ponytail and freed my long brown hair. We slowly backed up until I felt the cool edge of the counter. Katies lips parted for a second, and I took the opportunity to slip my tongue inside her mouth. She grabbed the back of my thighs and lifted me up onto the side, placing me down gently.

Her kisses slowed, and her lips travelled to my jawline. "Katie... be careful." I warned, biting back a moan. She chuckled. Her warm breath tickiling my skin. She slowly removed my cropped top and looked at the sports bra I was wearing. "That's mine," She said, raising an eyebrow. "It's mine now," I said cockily. "Ellie Stone, you're going to be the death of me." She laughed before kissing me harshly once more.

The familiar bright warm sunrays peaking through curtains woke me up. I was about to get out of bed when I noticed a hand wrapped around my waist and a body pushed up against my back. I turned around and was met with Katie's face. She was still asleep. The memories of the previous night flooded my head as i brushed her hair behind her ear gently and placed a kiss on her forehead. She groaned slightly, holding onto me tighter. I turned onto my back, and she nestled her head into my chest. There was no point in me trying to move, so I rested my head on top of hers and closed my eyes once more, slowly drifting back off to sleep.

An: I used Google translate for the languages, so sorry if there's any mistakes. I hope you liked this part! (I also haven't read through this as I'm going to sleep so sorry for any major mistakes!) xx
