Chapter Thirty-Seven

Lyric quickly washed her hands before going to answer the door, she decided since she can't attend the fight she would host a watch party. She smiled as everyone walked in, she gave each of them a hug before returning to the kitchen.

"How are you?" Nova asked sitting her purse down.

Lyric sighed.

"Anxious and nervous." She said fanning herself.

"It's going to be ok, you know Ho-Seok is going to demolish the fuck out of him." Nova said.

Lyric nodded, she wasn't worried about Ho-Seok losing she was worried that the fight will become dirty.

"You're right." She said.

"I know, do you need help?" Nova asked.

"Uh, could open a bottle of wine and take it to the living room?" She asked.

Nova nodded before doing as told, Lyric took a deep breath before she carried a nacho platter into the living room. Ha-Joon quickly stood up taking the platter out of her hand placing it on the table.

"Thank you." She smiled.

"You're welcome sis." He smiled.

Lyric couldn't hide the toothy smiled before she skipped off to the kitchen, she rested her elbows onto the counter and sighed. She was so worried about Ho-Seok, she felt her phone vibrate and looked at it before answering.

"Are you ok?" She asked.

"Love, the fight didn't even start yet." He chuckled.

She sighed.

"You're right, how are you feeling?" She asked.

"I'm good, How are you?" He asked.

"Nervous." She said.

"Love, If it helps I am feeling really confident about this fight." He said.

"I know, but it's not you I'm worried about it's him." She said.

Ho-Seok sighed.

"Don't worry Love, I'm going to shut him up real soon." He said.

"I know." She said.

"Is everyone there yet?" He asked.

"Yeah, want to speak to them?" She asked.

"Yeah." He said.

She smiled before going to the living room, she placed the phone on speaker.

"Ok baby you're on speaker." She said.

"Hey guys." He said.

"Ho-Seok, you need to stomp his ass to the ground." Lily said.

"I'm with Lily he was talking too much trash last week." Nova added.

"I will guys, just wish me luck." He said.
