Nighteye: Akira takaoka, don't let his happy expression fool you he is as bad as overhaul he's the second in command and just has powerful his quirk allows him to absorb physical damage and make it his own power along with his already absurd strength he was once a teacher but was charged with several cases of child abuse and labour he worked them too the bone and when they couldn't move anymore he struck them until they did he was eventually caught but once he was released he joined the organisation and has recently taken his place has chiskaki's right hand man Nagisa: I KNOW THAT GUY
