Chapter 5.

I let Sophie hook up to the aux and played our car playlist we put together we were all singing including Sam and Colby they were having a good time we arrived at our first haunted house everyone started getting out of the car everyone walking ahead me and Colby stayed back a little "tonight is the most fun" he said smiling "the night has only just started" I said "I know but I'm having a really good time hanging out with you and your family" he said "we are having a really good time hanging out with you and Sam" I said "well you all are pretty cool" he said lacing his fingers with mine I smiled down at our hands "is this okay?" I said "yeah why would it not be" he asked "I just didn't know if you wanted people to see us like this" I said "of course your special kam" he said with a wink we met up with them in line "that was quick" soph said "what ohhhh" Sam said with a smile "who wants to go first" Sam said "me unless someone else wants to" I said "you can go first Colby second "Sam you can go after Colby and then me and bri will probably switch a bunch in the back" soph said laughing "sounds good" I said it was finally our turn to walk in ugh I'm nervous but with Colby holding my hand this should be fun we walk in it's a dark school scene blood everywhere chalkboard on the someone popped out we all screamed we kept walking and got to a Barbie house covered in blood and cracks we walk in no Barbie "omg where is Barbie" soph said some body jumped out "you have to sing her song for her to appear" they said in a raspy voice we all started singing the Barbie song out loud and we got to this tunnel and Barbie was there dancing huge fake boobs and fake butt he was hilarious "omg" I said laughing we finished going through the haunt chainsaw guy chasing soph and bri off "omg they got far" I said "she's a runner she's a track star" Sam said we both laughed "I gotta go to the bathroom" Colby said walking to the portable toilet "he's really something and I'm so surprised you all actually wanted to hang out with us" I said "he is and he really likes you since the moment he saw you working and yeah your a fan of our YouTube channel but we have had a great time today you have brought a genuine smile to his face" he said "I'm so glad I've always had crush on him but never actually thought this would happen not in a million years" I said "well I'm glad it did he is happy" Sam said "well I'm so happy that I have met you two" I say "we still have another haunt to go to" I said Colby came out of the bathroom and we headed to the car blaring the music again heading to the second haunt I can't believe this is really my life I'm so lucky we got to the other haunt and by the time it was over it was really late

Colby's pov:
After the second haunt we went to we were headed back to the car kam was up a little with her sister and sisters friend and I just can't help but watch her smile and be giddy like she has no care in the world at all "she's special" I said "you've only known her two days dude slow" Sam said "I know I just love talking to her and her actually wanting to get to know me instead of freaking out and assuming she knows everything she listens to every answer I give her questions closely and I love that I love how short she is and love how she loves her family and friends as if they were family" I said "well then you should keep getting to know her she sure does like you a lot too and she respects our privacy and respects us as normal people Sam and Colby not Sam and Colby the YouTube stars" Sam said I giggled "yeah dude it's 2am I'm so tired" I said "me too" Sam said we caught up the the girls I put my arm around kams shoulders "it's cold" she said I slid my sweatshirt off and handed it to her "here you go" I said she smiled softly and wrapped her arm around my waist "thank you not just for the sweatshirt but tonight I had a lot of fun with you all" she said "thank you for allowing us to join you and your sister" I said we finally made it to the car "did you all want to stay the night or would you like to go back to your hotel?" Kam asked "we can stay the night but only if that's okay with you" I said "perfectly okay with me we just planned on moving my bed in the living room and watching movies until we fell asleep" she said smiling so we headed back to her house.

Kams pov:
We arrived back at the house "you two want to help move the mattress?" I asked soph and bri "yeah" we all headed in and "we can help with that" Sam said "we got this" I said we started dragging the mattress and I tripped over my own shoe and fell to the ground "owww" I said laughing "told you clumsy" soph said "you weren't kidding" Colby said taking my place dragging the mattress in the living room I made the bed with a bunch of blankets and pillows "we should all fit it's a California king" I said laughing "I'm gonna make snacks really quick" I said making popcorn and put some chips in the bowl with the popcorn and grabbed a few bags of candy "you just keep this stuff on hand?" Sam said "well duh I love having movie nights we do them all the time" I said "I usually have friends over and stuff and just try to keep them on deck and for when I'm getting a craving" I said "hey we aren't complaining" Colby said "there's waters in the fridge and some sodas as well or milk if you like milk" I said laughing "it's not even really milk it's almond milk" soph said "hey I can't help I'm lactose intolerant" I said everyone laughed and we chilled out Sam ended up getting on one of the couches and Colby on the other laying down to go to sleep Colby was above us and I was laying right by his head I felt his arm come down and grab mine I held his arm and feel asleep.
