Waterfall

Chapter 6

Oasis panted as she shook her wet hair up. Sweat sprayed as she swung back up. Her daggers looked dull and blunt from the constant clashes with the both of them

Meteor's grim eyes sparkled in the dim and dull lightning, his teeth, painted blood red and sharp, flared against his skin, red and gooey

Extraterrestrial vines Creeped around him, slithering and floating while leaving shiny gold ashes fading from it

I jumped up my blades aimed directly at his head, he dodged, and knocked my sword aside, his tentacles flared behind him, and gunned down at my face

I shoved my head aside, getting clawed on the side of my face

Tha pain burned and sizzled

I yanked my sword back up, just in time before another sword slammed down on me

I was barely holding on, Meteor pushed harder and harder, I was slowly losing my stance

More tentacles joined his force, and I could not take it anymore

I swayed the sword up, sending a spray of tentacles along with it, leaving his stomach vulnerable

I grabbed the Bolter pistol (it was there for quite a while) dangling from my side to ravage his under belly

However, I was a second too late, I aimed, but he knocked it just as I fired, sending a line of stray bullets shredding up his armour plate and across his face

He screeched in pain and bashed me in the stomach. I rolled across the floor before smashing into a pile of debris

Counstellation leapt up to counter-attack, but Blixer was there and used a telekinesis spell, and she was stuck in mid-air

She forced and struggled alas to no avail

Blixer grinned darker as he started to clench his fist, and counstellation started to scream in pain

She was slowly getting crushed by the void

Saturn popped from behind and stabbed

Blixer barely wheeled as Saturn slid his long sword into his entire forearm, splitting it into 2

Counstellation fell and coughed out blood

I charged forward, slashed at meteor, but to only be blocked by his tentacles, I took one devastating slash to only be blocked by even more tentacles. They thrusted outwards, I was pushed aback

I stumbled as my feet tried to recover, but the glint of blixers blade streaked across the corner of my eye

I was too late to recover and defend, and even so, I would be double teamed, so I let myself fall, barely dodging his sword. I watched the blade miss my face by mere inches as my reflection shone on his near perfect sword

I hit the hard rock below and was met with not only a shivering pain slithering across my back but slithering tentacles that started to impale me

I rolled aside as a tentacle grazed my back and was met with another one straight at my face

I rolled to the side again and was again face to face with a whole wave of them

I rolled and rolled, merely missing them. That was when meteor unleashed even more tentacles and tried to stab me in one full blow, right at the heart. I blocked the tentacles, forcing my sword against my chest. It was only a matter of time before I got crushed as more tentacles joined the force

The ground below me gave a crack, and my chest gave a terrifying click as the tentacles slammed down on it

Comet: Spectral counstellation...

My veins glowed a magical blue white

ATOMIC CANNON

My fists burst into white bluish flames, and white glowing trails slithered across my wrist and up my fore arm

The contact area blew up, completely ravaging all the tentacles. Meteor slid across the floor but got onto his feet fast

I jumped into battle stance, too, my fists now fastened with white dragon scales before slowing fading back into human skin as it travels up my arms. A faint blue glow rippled through the scales, producing a satisfying motion

Comet: OASIS

I kicked up a bunch of dirt upwards before punching the ground. A short spark of energy flowed through the air and froze the flying dirt, turning it into a platform

Oasis jumped and landed on the platform before leaping into the air and taking under blow at meteor, using her cable daggers and sword

With the sword through, Oasis threw the daggers, slicing all of them down

I wasted no time, heading straight for Meteor

Meteor: TEARS OF THE MOON

Then everything around us turned dark, I looked overhead, seeing the Crimson moon smiling grimly at us

Comet: No problem

I aligned my sword against my arm. While doing so, meteor screeched and unleashed a whole wave of tentacles, coming down from top, left, right, and centre

Oasis got thrown into the wall

Comet: spectral counstellations, 8th star

I placed another foot in front of myself,

GUIDING STARS

The ground around glowed, drawing out a ring with dragons circling

The pebbles and rock around me floated and chased me. The tentacles came, and I could barely see anything, but the stars shone the way and would block the coming tentacles

Meteor stumbled back in fright

Meteor: -mind- Since when did he have this technique?

I charged into him, the tip pinned at his heart. But then a tentacle hit it, and it sliced through his left ribs

He punched me in the face, and I flew, blood streaking across my face

I aced the landing, receiving no damage

I looked back at the others. It seems that Supernova summoned a tornado, but Blixer remained still. As he raised his hand, and the tornado splited in half, glitching away

He was covered in stabs and slices, but he still stands strong

Blixer touched the floor, whispering something to himself that I could barely hear. But then a pulse ricocheted off, and a strange, uneasy feeling crept over me

Comet: wtf...

Then, out of the corner of my eye, something emerged out of the ground. It looked like a plate, with a very faint green ring

Then, my heart sank

Comet: WATCH OUT, IT'S A BIODIUM PLATE

Extraterrestrial crashed into a pile of debris and got up. He was shaking from fatigue, pain, and rage

Extraterrestrial: SHUT UP CPMET, YOU WORRY TOO MUCH

He charged for battle, releasing rings of smoke behind him

Comet: NO-

It was too late, Extraterrestrial stepped on the plate, a new ring of cursive drawings, radiated

And spikes, out of the ground, fired upwards and impaled Extraterrestrial all of over

Comet: EXTRATERRESTRIAL...

Blood trickled everywhere. He was frozen in place, still alive, still breathing and dying slowly
