Aera's POV
I was waiting for my boyfriend to come back with the ice cream when someone jumped on me.
"AAA-" I yelled but stopped midway as I saw who it was.
"CHAN! You scared me." I said looking at him scared.
He just giggled at me and gave me my chocolate ice cream.
"Here, love." He said smiling, handing me my ice cream.
I licked it and smiled as the cold desert spread inside my mouth.
"Yummm~," I said at the sweet taste.
"It's delicious. Thanks for getting it for me babe." I said, giving him a side hug.
"Of course, babe~." He flashed a beautiful smile at me showing his adorable dimples and winked cutely, putting his hand around my shoulder.
"You're so cute." Aera pinched his soft cheeks.
He giggled.
Author's POV
"Nahh. Not as much as you. My baby~" He said as he held her hand softly and started walking again.
"NoOo~ You're cuter Channieeee," Aera said disagreeing.
"You sound drunk." He said laughing aloud.
"cUz I aM." Aera said in a fake drunk voice.
He giggled at her childish behavior.
"I'm done~ (with the ice cream) Finish yours quickly~ I gotta take you home love." He told her.
"Can't I stay with you todayyy?" Aera looked at her boyfriend with the most irresistible puppy eyes.
He quickly looked away knowing he wouldn't be able to stop himself from agreeing if he saw those adorable puppy eyes.
"I'd love that, love. But you have uni tomorrow and I also have work. I have to leave early tomorrow." He said with sadness in his tone.
"Aww. So, you won't even take me to uni tomorrow?" Aera said looking down visibly upset, finishing her ice cream.
"I'm sorry, love. It's only for tomorrow." He said holding both her hands.
"Finee." She was still upset about it but agreed.
"I need to see a smile on that pretty face, babygirl." He said with a sudden change in tone.
Aera gave him a fake smile as she was still upset. But the love of her life understood and started tickling her.
'Yah! YAH! CHANN. STOP!' She said laughing.
He finally stopped tickling her and held her close by her waist.
That's my girl!" He said softly stroking her waist.
Aera looked deeply into his gorgeous eyes which held pure love and admiration only for her and kissed him. He softly smiled and kissed her back, pulling her closer.
They gently parted from the kiss, each making an effort to steady their breaths, which had become somewhat unsteady.
"I love you, kitten." Chan whispered into her ear.
"I love you too, love." She said, smiling.
"That was last time. The last time we met. It's been 2 years since. Still no sign of you. I miss you, Chan-ah."
